Second, she is making up fake legal histories. I have never sued my landscaper, nor am I currently suing the HOA. There is not one iota of legal evidence to back up her claims. Finally, consumers should look closely at the sudden review manipulation on this profile. For years, this business had only a single 5-star review from 2020. The day she replied to my 1-star review, she suddenly received a new 5-star review, followed the next day by more from accounts with no profile photos. Take 'Chelsea D.' from Santa Ynez, who created her Yelp account in August 2026 solely to leave a 5-star review as her first and only activity. The review is so poorly manufactured that it accidentally refers to Linda as 'they' instead of her actual name. It is deeply concerning that a licensed Realtor would invent fake lawsuits, coordinate fake reviews, and publicly attack a consumer online.
