They worked long days and did whatever they could to not only get the job done but to do it right. For example, we had chosen particular pavers and Tino kindly suggested we try a different type of paver, given the paint color of our home and the retaining wall we chose, and we are so happy we followed his advice. I had some initial plans and pictures of what I like, and Tino ran with it - very thoughtful and creative contractor. He gave us exactly what we wanted and asked for, and he was an amazing communicator along the way. Leo the owner personally went to check the trees and the next day Sarah emailed me the estimate. The price is reasonable and affordable. I asked for four trees to be pruned but had a last minute addition of a pine tree, and they accommodate it right there and then. Jose and Jorge came at 9am as what I've been told and worked on the trees, Leo went in to check with them after an hour which I like because it shows that he values his customer and making sure that the work is being done. The guys are very respectful of the property, they're polite and they went above and beyond what's needed to be done. They left my property clean. Sarah is the one who communicates with me through phone about things like payment, and added last minute services.
