I bought a TV sound bar for my mom who had a stroke and was put into a memory care unit that was not furnished. We had to buy everything to make her comfy. The sound bar didn't work, so we set it aside to return it. She passed not long later. We were suddenly in a move-out rush. Broken electronics is hardly the focus at this point, so after her memorial I went to return it telling my story. The cold hearted manager who had the authority, denied it. I left the broken sound bar at the counter because it was useless to me. That will be the last time I darken their doorstep. I should have gone to Costco!

Had two sleeping kids in the car and ordered for curbside pickup. When I arrived and marked myself as "here" on the app I got a notice apologizing and saying curbside pickup is no longer available at this time and to either come in or try again later. I had to wake up my two year old and sleeping infant to bring them inside to get my order. Great. Both kids crying but what do you do... I can't leave them in the car. I get inside, and it's dead quiet. There's three employees just socializing at the pickup counter and Atleast one was wearing a neon colored vest (assuming they were the curbside employee?) Anyway. I don't use curbside pickup because I'm lazy. I use it because I have two little kids. I'll probably just order elsewhere next time I'm here and in need of something.

I've never had to use it for longer than 10 minutes, and it is in great condition, they pay a 1/3 of what the listings are on eBay, anyone reading this can search up the model of generator and see there is only one generator listed as of right now (5/1/26) for $749.89. One of the employees pulled up a PART of the generator which was listed for $179.99 and decided to offer me $25 for the working generator. I think pawn shops do good things in some cases but this was unfair and I won't attempt to do buisness with them again.

I'm glad I waited a bit after getting my computer back from them before writing a review. I went in with a small corner of my touch screen cracked. I had more problems when I got it back than when I brought it in. The touch screen they installed is clearly cheaper and of lower quality than the one it originally came with. And the glue they set it with didn't hold. My touch screen was literally falling off. They disconnected 2 of my usb ports. I had a computer savvy friend re attach my usb ports and glue my screen back on. She did it for free, did it better, and was a thousand times more trustworthy than the people at computer zone.
