They take forever to respond, unresponsive and leave you hanging. Zero communication. They only seem to respond when you drop names. Very disappointed. I only ever chose them based on a friend's recommendation. I understand lenders are very busy in the Austin area, so I am realistic in terms of response. But to be unresponsive or not respond to calls is unforgiveable (if they're unable to work with you, a response that they don't have bandwidth will be more appreciated than leaving you hanging). read more
