While their process was longer than I expected, I appreciated their attention to detail to protect my account. I also appreciated the personal touches and follow up from Brian, Mayra and Maria. They have a team that helped oversee my account creation. Even when one was out of the office, they kept each other informed As to which part of the process was next. When you first walk in you are almost always immediately greeted by someone, so you know they are aware you are there. So many other banks, you just wait and wait. On the few occasions I was not able to be seen promptly, I was kept apprised of what the delay was, how much longer and even offered coffee. Had a particularly tough banking issue, and the manager (Dalila) immediately stepped in and expedited the issue by contacting whomever needed to be contacted in Chase, and made sure the problem was resolved. Everyone in the bank is very friendly; and in what I think is a nice touch, seem to remember peoples names. (I see them interact with other customers all the time). If you are looking for a bank to do business with, remember, not all branches of banks are created equal, so if you are choosing Chase, make sure it is this branch! :)
