I have used this location since 2004. Every encounter with this person has been useless. She is outright rude. She has never been helpful to me. It is never about finding a solution, but rather getting me out of this branch. I can take the same issue to another branch and get assistance. Funny how that works. read more

Isn't website supposed to make it easier. Trying to book a meeting at the Lakeline location but the website didn't let me. Kept trying to call the branch but no one answered. Went there early morning, sat for 20 minutes but no one greets me, I saw only 1 lady there and she had a client. I'm not sure if it's only 1 person working in the morning or they understaffed. read more

The best thing about banking at Chase is its array of locations nationwide. I do recognize they aren't located in some states such as Minnesota (correct me if I'm wrong), however, everywhere I've lived there's been a location nearby that is convenient and easily accessible. What I don't like is their banking fees, but then again, most banks charge fees. I don't like to pay bank fees, period. read more

This is one of 3 branches of Chase that I'm very upset with. They literally made me present not two proper but three forms of ID. Banks do cash chase checks don't they. They always have. I had my passport, my driver's license, and even had to present a third form of ID. I have a savings account for my daughter and myself with Chase. I myself have been with Chase since it was Bank One. I am so upset that I had to drag the originally check writer out and have them withdrawal from the bank. I do NOT understand why this happened. We walked in and asked for the teller that we needed a cashiers check or a certified check. We did not know what the difference was but to our surprise, neither did the teller. She then proceeded to get her floor manager and she was not very helpful and just wasted more of our time. Then they went and got another manager and she finally got things wrapped up and walked away. (so we thought) Long story short .. the teller needed the manager to sign off several times and the manager kept walking away so we ended up wasting a lot of time due to the lack of presence of the management. There was NO ONE else there and yet they were this incompetent! Frustrating ... sigh* I am giving them 2 stars for the teller's effort and kind demeanor. read more

How do you rate an ATM machine? He was friendly and smiled the entire time I worked with him. Nope, not true. He was helpful and polite. Nope, never said a word. He was quick to serve. Again, Nope, he took his time. He was easy to read. Nope, sun glare shines on his face. He was priced right. Nope, took all my money He was easy to get to. Nope, took a shortcut through CVS then made a U-turn. All I can say is I stuck a plastic card in his eye and he spit out free money that he stole from my account. read more

The customer service at this location is by far the worse that I have ever received and I have been a Chase Bank customer for almost 20 years and have delay with locations in various cities. The teller are slow to response to the business drive-up and 90% of the time inaccurately count my deposit. This is basic 1st grade addition. Do better! read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful! My banker Meredith Vanderbilt provided fantastic customer service and setup my business accounts for me! She was very helpful and answered every question I had about my new accounts. This branch has to be one of the Best branches of any bank bar none! Chase, and other banks should hire the manager Dalila to give courses on how to run a branch. When you first walk in you are almost always immediately greeted by someone, so you know they are aware you are there. So many other banks, you just wait and wait. On the few occasions I was not able to be seen promptly, I was kept apprised of what the delay was, how much longer and even offered coffee. Had a particularly tough banking issue, and the manager (Dalila) immediately stepped in and expedited the issue by contacting whomever needed to be contacted in Chase, and made sure the problem was resolved. Everyone in the bank is very friendly; and in what I think is a nice touch, seem to remember peoples names. (I see them interact with other customers all the time). If you are looking for a bank to do business with, remember, not all branches of banks are created equal, so if you are choosing Chase, make sure it is this branch! :) read more

Wish I could give my bank a zero star. All I wanted was two documents notarized, been a customer of Chase for over 30 years. A VERY Good customer, 30 years. Waited 45 minutes for the person to call me, even though there were no customers ahead of me. I had one document for me and one for my grown daughter to sign also. Mine was notarized fine, but OH NO, your daughter is not a customer of Chase, well, we cannot help you with hers,..she would not take the two minutes to notarize her signature. Lame excuse, "we are liable", FOR WHAT?? It's a notary, you are witnessing the person sign and have verified her ID, she was sitting at your desk with her ID...what is the liability??? REALLY?? Got the same story from the manager. OK, its pretty clear, you don't give a hoot about caring for your customer, you just want my money and to collect your fees that are well beyond what I can get elsewhere. Have always stuck with Chase thinking I got service. Not anymore. You do not deserve my accounts and they WILL be moved to the credit union Monday. read more

Well, I would opt for negative stars as well. If you are looking at switching banks, keep looking. I've been with Chase since they were Bank One, over 15 years and not once could I say that they have been there for me. I have personal as well as business accounts, 16 total. They have never done anything for my businesses, every Line of Credit, Loan, etc. is with other banks. So recently, I was charged nsf fees, 3, in one day, my bad, I was supposed to transfer money and didn't so I can only be mad at myself; however, Chase makes it a practice to clear checks largest to smallest to charge the most amount of fees possible. The banker even showed me the policy that states it. Not only is this unethical, its the worst customer service ever, not too mention that this is the thanks I get for staying with them for so long, some loyalty. Why not have odp? Well, I did for over 15 years, I had a credit card, Chase deemed it not acceptable recently and while I was trying to find out what I could use online, I was hit with these charges. Come to find out 16 accounts isn't enough, my only option for odp is to open yet another savings account for my business. If I had enough money to sit in an account waiting on overdrafts wouldn't one think that I wouldn't have to worry too much about overdrafts? Too logical? The lady online told me that I needed to have money in my account to avoid the overdrafts.... no *&^*!! Anyway, I've finally had it with them, I'm currently searching for my best option but I will be opening yet another 16 accounts at another bank this week. Thanks Chase for 15 years of non loyal, twist the knife in customer service. read more
