He was very professional throughout the entire process and was in communication by email or phone and was always reachable. He also dealt with our insurance company. We received a very thorough report including pictures of what needed to be done on the Honda before he started it. Orlando went above our expectations and I highly recommend him and his body shop. My son is new to Colorado Springs and I am glad he was able to find such a nice and efficient shop after getting a taste of what the snow on Colorado roads can do to a Honda Civic. Highly recommend.
