I highly recommend Superior. They made our 2012 RAV 4 look like new! Very professional and friendly and priced right.

It's tough to catalog all of the ways this business made my life more difficult and stressful. The…read morebig ones: A) it took over a month to fix my vehicle. B) I needed to get the regional manager involved to expedite. C) They sent my vehicle to another body shop. D) Caliber does not do alignment and the major damage to my vehicle was related to alignment - so they shouldn't have taken it in the first place. The body shop they sent it to - Monument Auto Clinic - had previously repaired my vehicle incorrectly and not seen major damage. I took it to Caliber because of the bad job the other shop did! Think about that for a minute. I didn't learn about this until after the fact and could not do anything to change it. The only positive about this shop was communication - even though the updates were usually just that it would take more time. I can't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure my vehicle sat for 2 weeks without anything being done to it. When I asked about the time, my rep said they only had 2 techs working. At the end of the day, they shouldn't have taken my vehicle. I was also impressed with the regional manager but no customer should ever need to know who the regional manager is or work with them.

They had my car a long time and once I got it back and drove it away I could tell the job was done incorrectly. I called them back to tell them that I was bringing it back and asked them if my rental car was still there. She said no it had been returned. I called enterprise and they said it hadnt. And when I got back to calibur my rental car was still sitting there. Why would you lie about something so dumb? Anyways. I told them the car needed to be repaired correctly. And only one night they said what they said when I brought it back to them-There is nothing wrong. THEY GET THE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE THEN THEY DONT FIX EVERYTHING SO THEY POCKET THE MONEY!!!!! My car shakes when I drive it and the bent/pushed back front tire wasnt fixed correctly either. I believe the rim is bent and wasnt replaced and my tires (that needed to be replaced) was filled with that goo fix a flat instead of being replaced. (so they could pocket more $$) The steering wheel pulls so hard to the right. And the more I drive it the worse it gets cause its still DAMAGED!!!!! Not to mention how many texts and emails I have gotten about leaving them a good review. After I told them I am not happy. So here I am leaving you all a review. The manager said that he was going to fill my gas up for the issues but his gas card wasnt working. So he bought me a starbucks card-I dont even drink startbucks ever! Anyways, I called friday and spoke to the same girl that lied to me about my rental car being returned and made an appointment for tueday. Then today, monday I get a call from Jesse the manager, asking me to call and confirm if I can come in tue or wed. WHAT!! I already made an appointment. And I have already brought the car back once to have them fix the same issues Im STILL dealing with. So at this point, I am so done dealing with this horrible company! I will be hiring a lawyer to sue them. And To anyone that wants to be part of what they have done to your car and the stress you have had to deal with because of them--- please message me!!!! And remember STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do horrible halfdone work. Not to mention the marks from the marker they used to highlight the repairs are still visible on my car! What a stressful thing to deal with.

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worthless. I had stopped by and was scheduling to…read moredrop off my truck for repairs. They wouldn't confirm my appointment, which was a couple months out UNTIL I had my insurance quote / estimate forwarded to them. Once they got that they confirmed the appointment for drop off. While I was in the office I said that I would also like to talk to someone about possibly fixing more on my truck than the insurance was covering since I had some additional items that could sure use some body work. They said, no problem, when you are here to drop off your vehicle you can talk with them at that time. The next day, I get the insurance quote information to them, and get a text message confirming my appointment date. So I arrive at my drop off date, and the girl at the front says ok great, they will be with you shortly. Well about 5 minutes later a guy walks up and says, so you are here for an estimate. I said, no, I already had an estimate from my insurance and I am here to drop off my truck for repair, but I would like to talk to someone about possibly getting additional work done. The guy was rude as F**K and said in a growling voice, well we will only do what is on the insurance quote. I said yes, but I would like to possibly have additional work done. He said again in the growling voice, well this is a customer pay then.. I said yes, for anything above the insurance quote.. However, he cut me off and said.. well it doesn't matter your only here for an estimate. I replied, no I'm here to drop off the vehicle for repairs. He said no estimate only. I asked them, why would I need an estimate on an insurance claim in which you forced me to provide their estimate and as you just stated, would only do the work on their estimate. In fact, you would NOT confirm my appointment until I provided you with the insurance estimate. At that point the girl at the front desk went silent. He left, to come back 15 minutes later, which was well past my appointment time to look at the vehicle and ultimately get my full estimate. Needless to say I will not be doing any work with them and I hope they feel solace in the fact that they just lost out of 12k of work. Even if he would have at some point said, hey, we may have booked this wrong I would have been in a totally different mindset. But being a D**K is hardly the way to sell your services to a customer.

Our new Telluride was damaged pretty extensively by a hail storm last year. Gerber Collision was…read moreable to get us in sooner than any other shop in town. We had continued communication with Heidi while waiting for our parts to arrive and she was very friendly and made sure to keep us updated along the way. They set a date with us to take it to the shop as soon as our parts would arrive. They kept us updated weekly on the repair process and the status of our vehicle. The original estimate for repair was near 45 days, but they were able to complete all of our repairs within 30 days just before our rental car was due back (they also returned our rental for us). Our vehicle looks brand new and you can't even tell it was in a hailstorm, they also detailed it before pickup which was an added bonus! I am currently pregnant and am expecting soon so it was such a blessing to get our vehicle back earlier than expected and in such great shape as our other vehicle does not do well in snow or hold a car seat. Gerber provided exceptional service all the way around and I would highly suggest them for any repairs you have! We truly felt like they cared about their customers.
