This shop amazes me. Who wants to have to sit in an auto body place and have a dent repaired?…read more Well, maybe I do. They treated me like I was family. The place is so clean and comfortable. They could not have been more kind and gracious. A dreaded visit actually became the highlight of my day (or at least close). Stuart had quoted me a price online from a photo and told me he could most likely work me in same day. Then he did the work himself in less than an hour and charged me exactly what he'd quoted (BTW: his quote was about a third the price of another company). I can't even see where there ever was a dent. I am so impressed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mostly very good top shelf work. It was also one of the two worst customer service experiences in my life. Long list. Incl damages plural to vehicle, endless stream of apologizies turned to excuses turned to being lied to. I was straight up lied to. And, I was actually blamed as a customer. Repeat... they actually blamed the customer. Twice. Never in my life has that happened. Stunned, that. Every interaction was recorded. In person and phone. (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 18-9-304, Colo. Rev. Stat. § 18-9-303). The entire involvement, event, engagement including, recorded and journaled. To repeat, good work to bring a badly hail damaged car mostly but not completely back (chips in approved paint location so elements of sloppy). But it was also one of the two worst customer service experiences in my life. Lied to, and blaming the customer, twice. Caveat emptor.
