Absolutely terrible service, the manager is belligerent and doesn't take accountability pushes the blame onto the customer or the customers car stating that the repairs that they made have absolutely nothing to do with the new issues that only became present after repairs were made. Received fair written estimate. Called to schedule repair, left message 3 times because the individual "I needed to talk to was not available." Waited 3 days for a call back but finally got the appointment scheduled. Dropped car off the day before the scheduled appointment. They called later that day and said I needed to come back in at 5p to talk with adjuster/inspector with no explanation as to why. Too much back and forth and poor customer service. I will be going elsewhere. read more

They had my car for 3-4 days before they were able to do a full inspection and send the cost to my insurance company. Unfortunately, the cost to repair my car was pretty high so the insurance company had to total it. It was really easy to communicate with the repair shop and they were very detailed when I did the walk around of my car with them. I could tell how experienced the person who did the estimate was because he could clearly tell me what was from the accident and what was already existing. read more

Have had to take vehicle back to Caliber SEVEN times since initial repair (4 times for re-painting) due to poor workmanship (over spray, runs in the paint, not painting moldings fully and broken molding clips) over the last three and a half months. Repairs are still not completely correctly! Caliber would not provide rental car while having my vehicle following the first attempt to repair even though further repairs that were needed were due to their oversight and poor workmanship. I will NOT be using Caliber in the future should I ever need body work again! read more

They got me in for an estimate. Said 6 months. I called to see where I was in line and the gurl blew me off. Said it would be 2-3 years before they took in my vehicle. Never looked me up. VERY rude! Blew me off! No excuse for THIS kind of behavior! I called the Caliber Collison in Monument and they said they'd look into it. Had the same rude woman call me...who left a message on my cell. Geez....I was so glad she called. NOT! I took my business elsewhere. Yes I had to wait 6 months to get in....but the work has been completed. Wow! I'm so glad I just read all these 1 star reviews from Caliber Collision North on Woodmen, We really dodged a bullet on this. We took our 2002 GMC Sierra Truck in for an estimate and James who was so nice and professional gave us a reasonable estimate. We got tired of dealing with USAA who was the insurance company of the guy who hit our parked truck. We called our insurance which is State Farm and told them USAA is dragging there feet and giving us the run around and we need our truck because one of our rental properties is been vacated and we need the truck to haul materials and tools for repairs on our property. State Farm said take it in to get repaired and we will recoup the cost from USAA. The State Farm Claims adviser set up appointment for immediate repair. We showed up and the service advisor David Valerio who was assigned to our claim walked out looked at our truck and said that is a new hire James should have not given us an estimate because they do not repair vehicles prior to 2009 and if we leave it will declared totaled. Our 2002 truck with 135790 miles in excellent mechanical condition, the driver door was just hit and couldn't open so let's just total out a perfectly good truck because it's old. Thanks for discriminating looked at our truck and said that a new hire James should have not given us an estimate because they do not repair vehicles prior to 2009 and if we leave the truck it will be declared totaled. We called more than a week ahead to make an appointment to have the rear bumper on our Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ replaced. There are cameras and sensors in the bumper so we had to make sure it was done by a "reputable" repair shop. Much to our shock, Calibur WASN'T that shop! We were promised that th he necessary parts would be IN THE SHOP the Friday BEFORE our following Monday appointment. We brought our truck in, signed it over, and only AFTER they had disassembled and removed the rear bumper, making it unlawful to drive on public streets, did the call us and say the parts were IRDERED THEN and would be in on the following Thursday; making it a certainty that we couldn't possibly collect our vehicle and take it somewhere else. A simple R&R two day repair was stretched out for a week, and only returned to us by the end of business on Friday! AVOID THIS PLACE! They lie and manipulate circumstance the smile and say theres nothing they can do. Afterwards, they beg for a good review...PATHETIC! Was the repair done properly? Yes. But it was a very simple R&R of the rear bumper. And at that, we were charged nearly $1 800! for a $280 bumper! High priced, high anxiety, high deception and shady business practices....AVOID! read more

The tow truck driver crash my BMW towing it backward and messed up the front end pretty good, then refused to pay for the repairs! My insurance suggested Caliber. I was skeptical because it's a bigger shop and wasn't sure if they specialized in foreign cars. The manager did a really good job of walking me through the repair and the body work team and mechanics did an even better job with the repair, looks brand new and everything works great. Don't ever go to this company. I took my car in mid January 2024. I got it back a month later they told me to not write a review unless I'm happy and if I'm not happy to bring it back. well as soon as I left that place, like not even pulled out of the parking lot when I made a left-hand turn, my car would hum and vibrate like something was rubbing the tire. I called them many times they said my adjuster would call me back they never would I left messages on their site to return my call. I finally told my insurance company that this work is not acceptable. My car is being currently ruined further so they told me to take it back to caliber collision they had brakes plus do the inspection on it. They said there is nothing that was their fault or a part of the wreck I asked for proof like pictures like most companies do they refused they didn't have any so I took it to Kia the same day and Kia On motor city said they would do another 16 point inspection and I told i told Kia what caliber collision and brakes plus said what was wrong with my car. What's crazy is everything that caliber collision and brakes plus said was wrong was a lie. Kia said the parts we're fine. They provided pictures and what they found was the lower left control arm bent and a few other things. They said that bar is impossible to bend and that was from the wreck 100% and that's why my tire is being destroyed so this is a friendly warning. The only reason why they have good reviews is because they basically make you feel that you have to leave a good review or keep coming in to get it fixed until you're happy, I'm not playing that game. I don't have time for that. I'm not happy with liars and cheats, you will go in and your car will leave with more issues than it did going in and then you have the stress of fighting them to fix the things that is their fault. I'm working with my insurance company right now to see what we can do to get our money back because I paid a lot. I hope no one else fall scam to this company caliber collision on Woodman in Colorado Springs is the one I went to stay away If possible because you'll end up paying your part of the insurance payment plus you have to fix all the damages that this company creates for you. I'm up to $1100 at Kia and I need brand new tires. I have an all-wheel-drive car so when one tire goes, they all gotta be replaced and literally the tire has tears and gaping holes in it and it was undrivable so about $3500 later still trying to get reimbursement for the damages that they should've fixed to begin with. read more
