I quoted 10+ operators to do whole yard tree trim, they are our final choice and we don't regret at all! They are the one gave us lowest price and but the main reason we highly recommend them is their professional service. First, they sent us clear proposal by email including all the items need to be done, so we don't have to worry being charged extra on the spot. Actually they help us do more for free, we really appreciate it. Second, they are very careful not to break stuff in our yard. I have some fruit trees near the four 50 feet tall eucalyptus trees of my neighbour, which they need to trim. I noticed they tie and land the big branches slowly to the other side , to avoid hitting my trees. Everything looks fine after they finish. Third, they are punctual and act quite fast. They arrive at 8:30am on time and work almost nonstopping to finish the job in one day. I asked other operators before most of them said they need at least 2 days. Overall, I would definitely like to contact them again for future projects and I strongly suggest you at least give them a chance to make a quote . read more

Highly recommend them! They're super professional, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. We went from a same-day inspection and quote to fully removing 3 overgrown large trees with their roots within days (trees will be replaced). They were efficient, communicated our decision points clearly, and chopped all the large tree bits into perfectly sized piles for curbside removal. They also cleaned up perfectly, you couldn't even tell that there had been so much debris during the job. The Good: We had an emergency situation and needed a company who could respond quickly and remove a tree limb from our neighbors roof in the dark. They did that and did an excellent job of it at that. The Bad: Their prices are exorbitant. We expected the emergency service to be pricey and they delivered on a pricey quote. We then asked about returning to trim back the rest of the tree and they delivered yet another very pricey quote (which they promised was a "very good deal"). We declined and called a different company who quoted us a couple hundred less to trim TWO trees, not just the one in question that night. The Ugly: We've had our trees trimmed a few times. Procopio was the only tree trimming service to leave all the remnants on the street for the city to pickup. I really don't blame them too much for this, however I'm more used to companies arriving with their own chipper. All in all, we are grateful for their timely response to our emergency situation but doubt we'll use them again in the future. read more

I'm surprised that I'm the first to write a review for Procopio's Tree Service, but anyway, I'll just say that you will not find a tree service that is more reasonably priced in the and a crew that is more professional and hard working than the one from Procopio's Tree Service in the Silicon Valley. They did 2 tree removals and tree trimmings of an almost entire forest (8 trees) in my backyard with a crew of 5 in less than 4 hours at an amazing price. Angel (the owner) is a very personable business owner who gets what a fair price is and what great customer service means. His estimate was prompt (on the spot) and his crew of 5 arborists showed up on time, finished the job right on schedule, and left the site as if they never been there. I called Angel for a quote at 3pm, he was at my house at 3.30, we agreed to the work/price and he got his crew on site within 10 minutes, they cleaned 4 medium size palm trees and cleaned all debri to the side walk. My house looks great surrounded by these beautiful and clean palm trees. I did worry about the birds that maybe nested there and hope they nest on the other trees right away. This is my first review and I decided to write as the quality of their work was awesome. As a last minute thought, we requested them to use some of the wood for making a bench and they happily complied and I was really pleased to see that once we got it together, even without me saying anything, they even tested it to make sure it was not wobbly and usable.
