We were approached by a sales rep asking what we were looking for. He wouldn't even entertain the idea we could afford a new truck. He led us to the 3 used ones in the lot. We pointed out one but he bought out keys to test drive for another more expensive truck. When I mentioned that he said they are all the same. During our drive he spoke of new management and how they're trying to change the publics view of their dealership. He also mentioned we might be best suited to buy a new truck at dodge. At the end of the test drive he handed my husband a card and told us to come back when we're serious. There was no mention of the truck promo they had going on or anything really to keep us interested in buying. On a side note: we are picking up our new 2016 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman this afternoon. Our local Ram dealership might want to send a thank you to the salesperson at Chevy for sending us over. They got a $55k sale out of us.

I had received several notices in the mail for early trade in so I went to take a look. Don't get me wrong the Buick is a great car and I debated for a long time about trading it in but I want to get into something a little better on gas as I have a fairly long commute. I met the sales guy who seemed very good and personable. "I explained I didnt want to hear a sales pitch and just wanted the bottom line. He agreed, no complaints with him so far. We looked at a few cars and when it came time to look at my Buick for trade in and that's when the games started. I met the business manager who looked like he should have the nickname "slick" and dealing cards in Vegas, typical hollywood used car salesman image, seriously! Then another shady guy who actually evaluated my car and came back with the very generous offer of $4000 under Canadian black book rating. Really! My spidey sense was going crazy and I was annoyed. I looked at the sales guy and he started explaining about what a great deal I was getting. I told him point blank they "you guys are ripping me off". His reply was to go through the numbers, the old shell game and get me to sign. He was relentless and I kept my cool and let him ramble. After listening to his spiel of "the number of rebates" and "the deal ends soon" and the "deal is great". I got up to leave and he said "maybe there is room to negotiate". I told him it was too late and that "you are wasting my time and you guys are scum". I left. I didn't have this experience with the old management, they treated me like I was a neighbour, and I was! I got a great deal back then and I knew it. I felt like I had to go home and have a shower I felt so dirty after talking to these "new" guys. I'm still in my Buick but Im now talking with Buick dealer in another town close by, soooo much better. Likely close a deal this week. Can't wait to move my service business there so I dont have to deal with this "new sleeze bag management"! New isn't always better!

I don't know what kind of shop this guy runs, but this shop almost costed me a total loss on my…read more2002 Camaro. The car was brought in Feb 2024 for the following work: - repaint entire car OEM factory colour. - Fix some bondo in the glass T-top roof area - Repair a small rust spot on the back wheel well - Replace the front windshield - Add PPF (clear bra) / Ceramic coat the car. The job started off great, he sent me photos/videos of the car. It looked good early on. Once the body of the car was painted, everything went to crap. I got a call to pickup the car in early April and the car was a complete disaster. The problems were as follows: - The car smelled strongly of cigarettes (the car had never been smoked in for 22 years. - The windshield was installed crooked. There was a massive gap on either side of my windshield that leaked water. I told Gino the windshield was crooked and he tried to tell me it was not and they need to cut and bend the window frame to fix it. I had a different shop replace Gino's windshield job who confirmed it was put in crooked. I was also advised Gino didn't use primer for the windshield epoxy so I had rust starting to form from the water that had already got into the area. The new windshield place repaired Gino's job and eliminated the gap and all leaks. - The PPF job was brutal. Not only could you see tons of cuts in the body line, the PPF is pealing off in several places and has tons of bubbles. As a kicker, I tried to remove a small section from the bottom of the bumper to just get rid of it all together, and it started pulling off paint because the paint was not cured long enough before applying the PPF. - The roof of the car was painted red instead of orange like the rest of the car. How do you screw up the roof colour on a full car paint job? - There was paint drips all along the bottom of the car - There were solvent pops in the paint in both the rear fender and the back bumper. - All of my screws were missing for everything they took apart like my licence plate bracket, turn signals, etc. - I had white spots from polishing all over every single black piece of trim on the car both inside and out as they polished with the windows down. Gino agreed he was going to fix all of this but we had to wait 3 weeks for the ceramic coat to cure (another shop confirmed this is BS). However, I waited the 3 weeks and brought it back to him on May 10th 2024. I told him I needed the car for June 1st for an event as was the agreement all along. The car sat for a few weeks with no work done other than one worker who burned the clear coat trying to get rid of some of the paint drips. When I asked him why he didn't wet sand the drips, he had no answer. By May 27th I show up at his shop and he was with a customer and said he was too to busy to talk and he would call me back. When I didn't get a call back, I started calling him with no answer. Then I started texting him. I told him I was losing confidence he would have the car ready in a few days for June 1st (I had an event) with no work having been done yet. Sick of not getting an answer, I showed back up at the shop at 3:30pm on Wednesday May 29th. I walked in the front door and almost landed on top of a guy that was b*nging a girl on all fours right in the front foyer of the shop and not far from my car. At this point I demanded Gino come speak to me. The guy went to get him, but came back and told me "it's Gino's birthday and he's not getting out of bed." I told him to get my keys, I am pulling my car from this shady shop. A few days later I sent Gino a message telling him this was unacceptable and I should be refunded for the PPF job and the roof job. (I really should have been refunded for more than that). Gino responded back asking me "who the F do I think I am talking to". Then never answered anything again. So here is my review Gino. To anyone thinking of using this shop, I wouldn't touch Carhub in Georgetown with a 10ft pole. They will ruin your car.
