Honestly, he could have reached back out to me and told me the job was too small, or that they weren't willing to take it on. Any form of return communication is always better than no communication. This company simply flags all of the negative reviews and gets Yelp to remove them. I hired this company to remove asbestos flooring and black mastic, and they were grossly incompetent. I post photos of the loose powder of Fiberlock encapsulant they applied incompetently over an oil-based solvent they used to dissolve the mastic. The encapsulant did not stick, since it is water-based, and oil and water do not mix, right? The owner even said "I see this often", as though in his professional opinion that is the way it is supposed to be. See photos below, wtih the workers' bootprints in it. Well, after asbestos abatement you are not supposed to leave a loose, friable mess on the floor. Furthermore, the solvent they used was highly toxic, and a year later I still have not been able to move into my house because of it. I am posting this for the protection of any other homeowners, so that you can avoid a similar disaster. Yelp had better not remove this review, because this is my experience with this business.
