My initial experience with the sales representative (dirty nasty liar) and project management team (incompetent) was beyond frustrating. After months of excuses, lack of communication, and being repeatedly ghosted, I had lost almost all confidence in the company and began wondering if I had been taken advantage of. However, once Tyler, the owner, caught wind of it, he was upstanding, professional, and genuinely concerned about my experience. He personally took the time to understand the issues, stayed engaged throughout the process, and made sure things were addressed. From my perspective, it became clear that the information Tyler was receiving did not fully reflect what I had been experiencing as a customer. Once he became directly involved and saw the situation for himself, things changed dramatically. It's easy for an owner to stay removed from customer problems, but Tyler did the opposite. His willingness to take accountability, cut through the noise, and work toward a resolution is the reason I'm updating this review and giving credit where it's due. read more

They were nice at first and professional but once they found out that I had to go through my mortgage and specific documents that needed to be submitted. I had to work with another person within that company and Informed I submitted and printed what I personally was required to do. Due to the time crunch and ongoing weather I had to go elsewhere that would submit to my mortgage company the documents they are requesting same day. When informing the sales person that I had to find someone who was able to get it done through my mortgage and all within the same day. He proceeds to say I "backstab" the deal. Mind you we have been trying to get this processing for a whole month now. I know sometimes paperwork can be tricky and processing things takes time but the way they talk to you after is unprofessional. I even messaged them on Facebook as well and relaying a message about the response but ended up getting a response saying "how can we help you if you never pick up or not respond" I cannot pick up my phone or respond during my work hours. I'm a healthcare worker and cannot answer as I am assisting patients. They were quick to try to turn it on me not addressing what I originally messaged them about. I never shifted blame on anyone but needed to do what I had to do in order to stop more potential damage to my home. I am usually not the one to post reviews but sometimes things need to get said. They have left an impression. You win some and you lose some, but does not mean you have to be bitter. Hopefully they can control their frustrations on past/potential clients in the future. stay away from them, they are hearsing you over the phone, a phone call after phone call, at the middle of the job, middle of my day, different people call to offer free inspection, like a scammers, don't give your number to those people. they will never leave you alone read more

I did not use this business nor will I ever consider using them. We have received repeated cold calls even tho we are on he Do Not Call List and we have never filled out an online request for a quote the owner alleged we did after they got out well deserved 1* review on Google. So, to recap: They cold call you even tho you're on the Do Not Call List They will then respond to a negative review with bs about you asking them to do this, lol Is this the kind of business you want doing a $60k roofing or solar install job? read more

I had a great experience with this company. Highly recommended! Great communication throughout the entire process. Jeremy Craig has been my contact throughout this whole job. My roof was pummeled in June 2018; the hail storm that blew through Carrollton at 4 am. Not only my roof but 2 out of my 3 skylights were damaged. Huge baseball sized holes in one of the sky lights. Jeremy is very experienced in the process and always had answers to my many many questions. He was very accessible, by phone text and email. All forms of communication were utilized with excellent response times. when I didn't catch him on the first call, he returned my voice message impressively fast. Jeremy was on my roof the same day I called him. He surveyed the damage and covered the holes in the skylights. He also came out again a few days later to be here and meet the insurance adjustor. Jeremy walked me through the whole roof repair/insurance claim process. He provided a timely estimate which was very fair. Scheduled the job as soon as my insurance adjuster signed off. (He can also coordinate gutter replacement.) On the day of roof replacement. The crew was there an hour earlier than scheduled. A little startled at first but in the end it worked out great! With This Texas heat it's understandable getting an early start. They finished the job around lunch time. This was shocking. I've been watching my neighbors who's roofs were taking 1-2 days. One house had a crew out there until 9pm! I was super impressed with the one day completion as promise. I have been extremely pleased and satisfied would definitely choose this company again in the future. I know this won't be the last hail storm. read more

Wind tore off a shingle from my house and caused others to thump up and down with big gusts, which made a lot of noise inside. I called Tyler at Proclaim Roofing at the end of the day and he had a guy out first thing in the morning and fixed it. They were very nice, quick, and professional. My review is from a neighbor's perspective. I am the neighbor of a family who used Pro Claims Roofing. From the start of the project, the team of people replacing the roof used my entire yard as their trash pile. Old shingles, nails, drinking cups, wrapping, equipment and tools were everywhere! Their vehicles blocked our driveway entrance. When asked by the owner of the house to move out of our yard, they didn't comply. Fortunately for us, they finished the roof by 2 in the afternoon. If you use this company, my advice is to have the project manager reach out to the neighbors if they must use their yard, a little consideration goes a long way. read more

Easy to work with. New roof was installed quickly in 1 day. At 0700 an army of workmen descended upon my house. By 5:00 there was absolutely zero trace anyone was ever there. The only evidence being that my dogs couldn't stop sniffing every inch of my yard after they left. read more
