The manufacturer actually sent a crew separate from North Texas Home Exteriors, which reinforced their commitment to the warranty and service, and that was very reassuring. There was also a minor issue with the split a/c unit and North Texas Home Exteriors jumped on it and resolved that immediately as well. Sure, send the bids and we'll take care of it" would have been the right thing to do, but we get zero response about that and instead he made it sound like he was making an offer without any interest in what it would actually take to get the job covered. Either way, there is no follow up, no offer, and poor/ no communication as per the last two maddening months. We can't deal with him any longer as his behavior and having constant re-do's are causing severe unnecessary stress. Had to contact BBB and Good Contractor. Appears altogether and professional up front and then acts like a completely different person when he has your money and things don't go right. Lots of very frustrating no shows as well.

They took about an hour, unlike others who took 2-3 hours. We got 3 bids. Although Legacy was a little higher than another company, we chose Legacy because they said they'd move anything that needed to be moved to install the windows. Garry Sorrell kept me informed about the progress of my windows and always returned my texts. On the day of installation, The crew did an excellent job of moving furniture, removing blinds, and taking down curtains. Legacy also replaced old rotting wood around the windows where needed. When they finished, they put everything back as it was and cleaned up all the mess from the installation inside and out. They hauled away our old windows. I would recommend Legacy Exteriors to my friends and family.

We live hours away from their headquarters, but they had no problem traveling to us. If I had not known someone who had already used them, I might have been worried that it was too good to be true, but they delivered in every aspect. They were meticulous in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were so impressed with the siding, soffits, and fascia, that we decided to have them give us a quote for gutters as well, and we added that to the project.
