They explained that we could still file a claim against our previous carrier because we had 2 hail storms within the last2 years. Our Project Manager, Ben, was exceptional in every regard. The most amazing part though was the morning of our install--we mentioned that our dog is 9yrs old & scares easily and so we were worried about the noise.. RoofDog's owner showed up that morning with a Luxury Day Pass for our sweet boy, Buster, at a local Dog Daycare & 'PetSpa'. I am just so grateful for the experience! Kyle showed up right on time and explained exactly what he would be doing and approx how long it would take. They first shot the LIDAR Drone Scans of my entire roof, then he walked my entire roof taking images & documenting any damages & he also used some sort of device to determine granule degradation. Once the inspection was completed, Kyle used his iPad to show me everything in my Roof Portal and where everything was located and how to request and schedule a Roof Repair Request. Overall this is amazing for documentation to have when I have to file my next roof claim. The value provided is just so immense especially considering we didn't have to pay out of pocket bc it came with our policy, but even if I had to pay for it the value far exceeds the nominal cost.

We reached out to Valley Ridge based on more than one neighbor having a positive experience (and a great looking roof)! My husband and I were fully bracing to be told that we would need a new roof. Zach, their residential sales representative, came out to do an inspection. Zach was friendly and informative. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. And after walking our roof (no drone), he reported that our roof was still in good shape with no need to replace it at this time. We have no doubt that other companies would have taken advantage of us expecting to need a new roof. Zach provided photos and took the time to point out areas to watch for. He even added a little silicon caulk around some minor areas. And all of this was a part of the free inspection! My husband and I are truly grateful for our neighbors' recommendation and Valley Ridge's integrity. When the time comes for our home to need a new roof, we know exactly who to call - Valley Ridge Roofing. Thank you so much!

It was a fairly long seam developing a crack, perhaps 8', but it did seem to us that the problem was originating at the top of the seam with the water running down the sloped ceiling. We had one company out and despite inspection of the roof they weren't able to pinpoint the issue... leaving us with one estimate to fix random "potential" sources of the problem and another quote to redo that entire side of the roof (even tho the shingles still had plenty of life time remaining). We called Ray for a second opinion. His inspection confirmed the roof is still good but revealed one shingle nail which had come loose, allowing rain to get under the shingle, etc. and run down the ceiling seam thanks to gravity. He patched up the bad spot in the shingle for very minimal cost. We waited three weeks, through some more rain, and confirmed that the drywall which was being damaged was now continually dry. Problem fixed! Ray then came out and repaired the damaged drywall seam between the wall and ceiling for very minimal cost. Ray is a gifted workman and honorable gentleman. Highly recommend.
