If you have been in a car accident - PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NORCO DOES NOT BILL CAR INSURANCE! We…read morewere told the car insurance will cover the expenses (wheel chair, etc). They did not tell us that they will NOT send a bill to car insurance, and they will NOT put information (claim #, date of injury, referring physician) on the invoice that would allow you to submit to the car insurance to be reimbursed. They requested all our car insurance information (3 times, in our case), and ot once informed us that they would not bill the car insurance. After about 2 months, I received the 1st bill from Norco. I called Norco billing and the billing representative stated that they do not bill 3rd party (car) insurance, but she would look into it. I agreed to put the balance on my credit card, requesting that I get a copy of the receipt which included the date of loss, insurance claim #, & prescribing doctor's name. The representative assured me that it would be done, and a copy of paid invoices would be emailed - she was pleasant, but I did not receive requested invoices. So, I left an email message on the Norco website, again stating what I had requested and what was required for us to be reimbursed by the car insurance company. I finally get the copies of the invoices in the mail - no requested information included. I called Norco billing on 4/17/26. The representative said that they do NOT bill 3rd party /car insurance and they cannot put the date of loss, etc on their bills. When I relayed that multiple other representatives had told me it could be done. The representative's response was "how is that our responsibility?". Upon returning rented equipment, I voiced my grievances and a supervisor came to intervene. He supplied us with the information we needed to be potentially reimbursed by our car insurance. It is emotionally difficult to deal with this incompetence when you are also dealing with severe medical trauma & multiple surgeries that will leave your child with some disabilities for the rest of her life. The collision was NOT our/her fault, but she is paying a tremendous physical & mental price. Either the "part owner" representatives are ignorant of their own company policies; or they are actively misleading their clients. I would request that NORCO representatives be informed and be upfront with their clients!

It was ordered in July. On December 31st, an employee delivered the custom seat, made some adjustments, and said we'd have to bring the chair in to be widened for the seat that was supposed to be custom for his chair. Widening his chair would restrict it's ability to go through doorways. It has been a dismal experience. Each time we call is almost a step backwards, with the favorite response being "someone should get back to you next week ". How they are still functioning appears to be they are great at the sales side of the equation. There are other companies. Do yourself a favor and do some research before selecting this one.

(As shown in the picture). Took them over FREAKIN' year to get it all, but not after jumping through hoops with the circus they put me through. I go to the doctor they sent me to, to get documentation on the medical issues I have from pushing a wheelchair for 37 years, so that way my insurance with approve the stuff. 6 months later I get a call from them telling me to go back to the same doctor cuz they didn't get the paperwork in on time. They had 45 days to get them in. So I do that, and they are there with me at the doctor's office. When the doctor asks them, "What happened guys?" they blamed me for missed appointments and some other BS on their part. Fact is, I never missed an appointment because this was too effin' important of an appointment for me to miss. But yes, I did move an appointment out due to vertigo and being unable to drive. So then a couple months later I call to ask if the paperwork has been sent in to my insurance and get told that the doctor didn't sign the paper for power assist. Which I KNOW IS ABSOLUTE BS!! Don't hear anything, call back for a couple of months, and ask the same question, and get told that they are working on it. Then I give it awhile, call back and ask the same question, and get told they are reviewing the paperwork, by this time it's 5 months later! So I call back a week later and ask the same question, and I'm told they got the paperwork in a day shy of getting the paperwork in. So they almost missed the date AGAIN! So when I finally get the Chair, Smartdrive MX2, and cushion. I find out the cushion is not the size I ordered after I gave the guy the CORRECT SIZE I NEED to fit my chair. So he blames the company for the incorrect size, sends it back and gets me the size I told him in the first place. Now if all of the above isn't enough, I sit in the chair and my first statement is...the chair is too frickin' high! The tech is at my house when I say this and he goes over to my current chair, measures it and says it's 18." I say, "It can't be," he insists it is. So the chair seat itself is too short so they move the backrest back an inch, which helps a tad but it's still too damn short. The backrest... well it's a damn nightmare! I rest my back on it and it's so far back it's like lying in a reclining chair. When the clown tries to adjust it, it digs into my back and ribcage, CUZ HE ORDERED IT THAT WAY, then blames it on the company that built the chair!! Haha!! WTH!!?? That night I'm totally stressed out and crying, can't eat, can't sleep. So I sit down and I tell God you have to fix this. I hear in my spirit..."Go out and measure that chair." WELL...LOW AND BEHOLD...I discover it is not the chair that I ordered which WAS...seat depth: 16," seat width: 14" AND height: 18". IT measures...seat depth: 15," seat width: 13 ¾," and seat height: 19." So obviously they lied, deceived me and tried to pass this chair off as what I ordered!! When asked if I could get the chair I ordered, they said no that they already did too much work on this chair and that I would have to go to another vender and start the process all over again. Too much work!? Like what!? Moved the back rest back an inch!? They did not even say we're sorry and that they had made a mistake. So I gave everything back and I am now going through NORCO medical. Went back to the same doctor and he was pretty shocked and said he had nothing to do with it, which I already knew. So whatever you DO NOT GO THROUGH NUMOTION for your medical equipment!! They have a track record of screwing people over, all over the world. Just check the reviews on the Facebook website.

She was diagnosed with a very overactive thyroid with a dangerous T4 reading of 19.6. When i talked to the Portico pharmacy they said her rx would be ready Friday at 2:00 P.M and she went to the vet at 4:00 on Wed. But it was a compound so would take longer.I told them how fast she was declining and he said they would try to get it done quicker if possible. Within an hour I had a text that it was ready. So thankful for them doing that as we were able to get her started on it so much sooner and she is slowly getting better
