Since my last review, I've used Nate a few more times. For this review, he helped me fix a leak coming from my master bathroom to my kitchen. He tries to find the simplest solution and not create a bigger project. He was punctual and has communicated when he was running late. Five star job. Nathan did a perfect job of replacing water heater. Not only that while he was at our place, he also fixed plumbing that was gathering rust for several years. After completing the job, Nathan cleaned up garage. Nathan keeps his commitments and is very punctual. Nathan did an amazing job at our home. He knows what he's doing, attitude was a 10 out of 10 and communication was simply perfect. We spent quite a few months trying to find someone who could do this job for us without charging us a fortune. We had more than a couple of quotations and all of them were from very high to ridiculous. We don't know much about plumbing so you get charged whatever someone says without giving you much explanation. Nathan was extremely professional and honest, he explained us the whole process and changed accordingly. His job was so well done and clean, than you couldn't even tell someone was working for a couple of days. It looks fancy! This is my second time using Nathan and I definitely recommend! Polite, knowledgeable and gets it done quickly. Goes above and beyond.

Nate worked on our condo from November 12 - December 11, 2018. We hired Nate to remove and install new tile in our two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room, and also create a built-in cabinet in our living room. At first Nate showed up on time, however that quickly changed. He started coming up with excuses of why he wasn't able to show up on time, and many times he didn't show up at all, or if we did he would disappear for hours. The quality of his work also significantly declined (we have pictures) and he continued to request large payments for his work even though he never completed a single project. We decided to fire him after a month because we got so fed up with his lack of professionalism, lazy attitude, and poor craftsmanship. The worst part was when we hired a licensed contractor to fix/finish his work, they discovered that the electrical work that Nate did was not up to code, was extremely dangerous, and was potentially a fire danger. The contractor said we were really lucky "our house didn't burn down." Nate didn't put an electrical box around the wires so an exposed wire was touching a piece of wood and he spliced the wiring (we have pictures). When we found out how unsafe his work had been, we knew we needed to warn people which is why we are writing this review. read more

As a mother with kids, it is definitely helpful to find a trustworthy & good handyman who does this 24/7 & not just a side job. Nate is very personable who takes his job seriously & stands behind his work. He does his own work & has a helper if it is a big job. Here's what to expect if you hire him: He'll come for an walk through & will email estimates of each project. Be sure to go over in detail what you need done so your quote & job description will reflect it. Once i got the emailed quotes, I just chose what projects I wanted done, no matter how small or large the job. Nate previously built homes so he is well versed in electrical, plumbing, painting etc, he does it all. I had him recaulk my showers, fix leaky sink faucets, power wash and paint my patio. Nate is great! Our garbage disposal gave up the ghost I found Nathan Mulholland on the Nextdoor App. I texted him and he responded immediately. We set up an appointment for the next day. He was here on time and was able to install our disposal in about 20 minutes! Always good to know that help is on its way!!! read more

When I spoke with Nate on the phone he really listened to my concerns and explained what he offers and his rates were very fair for what he did. We even had him do a few more things when he was here because we felt very comfortable with his work and knowledge of things. I got Nates number from a friend of mine who highly recommended him. My husband is notorious for clogging toilets, a horrible thing I married into, and at times all three bathrooms would be out of commission. We even bought this crazy, heavy duty plunger to help but still had problems. Nate came over and made some minor adjustments within each bathroom and I swear helped save our marriage lol. We are now also discussing some remodeling we'd love done and Nate is our man for that as well! It's awesome to have one person, who we trust, to take care of our handyman and plumbing needs.
