Tim helped me figure out ways to do exercises that I was unable to do before (I have chronic painful spasm in weak leg). Derrick, Tim & Joey helped guide me on how to tweak exercises when pain flared up. They helped me relieve pain with multiple treatments available in US Rehab. I never experienced so many options in other PT facilities I've been through. I've been through a lot of rehab beginning with learning to walk again to keeping up strength & addressing pain. Most of the other rehabs said if I'm in too much pain to do the exercises they prescribed, just skip the session. US rehab said come in because we have methods to relieve pain so I can get back on exercise program faster Tim , Derrick & Joey excel at motivating their clients & the atmosphere is fun there. For me, it made me want to work harder They teamed up to celebrate my birthday so there's also a personal relationship with clients that come ther for extended periods of time. I went there for several months.

They are…read morefriendly on the surface and many staff try very hard to be welcoming and warm but if you try to get actual information and help, they get defensive and hostile. For example, my mom waits for weeks or months at a time to get dental care, then she shows up and waits all day to be seen by the visiting dentist only to find out he or she didn't bring an xray machine or the necessary tools for the job, and she needs to be rescheduled. Its very frustrating. I know they try very hard and do offer some nice diversions for seniors (bingo, a good lunch), but they are not organized and don't take ownership of their many organizational bungles. Basically, my mom's just lucky if/ when she gets to see the nurse or dentist, it's hard to rely on anything.

I took every prescription they told me to take. And I went every 2-3 months and almost every time I went they had me on a new prescription. My doctor said my eyes were getting better so he took me off all of them a day or two after I get off the prescriptions my eyes are back to being bloodshot red and super irritated nothing changed. I told my doctor that I felt like nothing was actually helping my eyes he said he understood and It's been over a year almost two now and they haven't done anything for me they wasted my time and so much money. She is very professional, reassuring and friendly. With the initial consultation, x-rays are taken and then she sets up a treatment plan. She is great about tailoring the adjustment to individual needs (and fears!). She was very gentle with my adjustments and we eventually found one that "worked" for me. After approx. 20 visits, my treatment was "complete" although I still see her monthly for general adjustments. I feel relief and release in the problem area, like a burden has been lifted. I cannot say enough good things about this about this amazing woman!…read more I have fibromyalgia, so a bad massage (too light or too deep) can absolutely destroy my body. Never once has she flared me up, which is almost unheard of for me. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable, but what sets her leagues ahead of any other massage therapist, physical therapist, or chiropractor is her ability to listen to her patient's body and adjust her treatment accordingly. Furthermore, she views the body as a whole, not just individual parts. I have significant back pain, but often it was other areas that were the cause and my back was the symptom. She was able to address the whole problem, resulting in actual relief and healing. She also incorporates the mind body connection into her work. Physical pain is exhausting emotionally and oftentimes chronic pain sufferers are given antidepressants and told to go home. Susan, on the other hand, genuinely cares for and loves her patients. I could be having the worst day and seeing her always made it better because she has this gift of being able to make people feel like they matter and are important. I cannot express fully how much Susan impacted my life. She helped me get my life back in a way that no other health care provider was able, both with her own care, by helping me to be a better advocate for myself, and by helping me find other caregivers who could supplement her treatment. I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again!
