Jarrett even emailed the claims adjuster saying that "I was calm now" because he spoke with me when really the insurance could barely get a hold of him or his company to get information either. His secretary was very kind and when I refused to speak with Jarrett over the phone she did not push me almost like she understood and this wasn't the first time that had happened. The work they finally did took forever and they left the large fans in our home for almost a week instead of overnight then charged us extra for it.
