Great job! Got my Ram done here last month and waited to write a review to make sure I wouldn't have any issues with pealing or bubbling. Nothing. I brought my truck in knowing exactly what I wanted with ceramic tint on all the windows. I've heard good things about ceramic and thought I'd try it out but I think it's still too cold out to tell if it's worth the money. But great prices! Think I paid about $250 for 7 windows (rear glass is a slider making it a 3 piece window). Total time was about an hour and a half. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was the cash only policy. I read a review mentioning it prior to me going in. However I also messaged the owner on yelp who told me that credit card was fine. I don't like carrying cash so I went in and he changed it to cash only. I said I didn't have cash and was told something to the affect of "You have 2 hours until the trucks done to get it." I was extremely frustrated at the time. I had to walk 3 miles to a bank to get the money. Not cool when I was told credit card was accepted. Probably would've given 3 stars if I wrote this that same day. read more

They came in with the best quote for tinting my house patio door. The worker arrived on time, was very professional and wore a mask in respect of the Covid-19 pandemic. The worker even took off his shoes and left them outside the door before entering my resident. At the end of the visit, the worker stated he would be back in a few days to check the tint and he threw in a free tint on an adjacent window to the patio door. I brought my car in for some nano ceramic tint, and JR gave me his educated recommendation. My car's passenger side window regulator went kaput while it was at their shop, and they called to let me know it was stuck halfway. They offered to remove the door panel and prop up the window in the door until I could repair it, and they were still able to complete the tint job. They even offered to repair the window for free in case the tint was damaged in the process of the window regulator repair. They went the extra mile. Very unfriendly and poor customer service! They say they're open all day, but I went there and they said you have to call in advance to setup an appointment. I parked in back, where their lot is, walked through the shop to the front, and no one was there. So I went back into the shop and found a guy and he said I had to go back up front because customers aren't allowed in the shop. Then why is your parking lot back there and why is no one up front?! I called the day before and made an appointment for 11 am. They told me over the phone it takes about 2 hours. I arrived for my appointment on time and they were expecting me. I chose the tint I wanted, they got to work on it right away and I made myself comfortable in the shop. I brought my laptop because they have free Wi-Fi, but they also have a TV with Netflix, lots of magazines to browse and nice comfy seating in the shop for waiting customers. With that said, before I knew it, they were finished. I was out the door two hours later and my car looks awesome. I got 5 windows tinted for $195. This review is the least I could do for these guys! I brought my brand new 2014 Prius C to them last Saturday for window tinting. They gave me a realistic time frame. I took myself on a lil stroll around the block. Came back and sat in their comfy ass chair while they finished. Junior showed me the progress and wanted to make sure I liked it before they were finished. All I can say is wow!! Car looks totally different! They did a great job! Junior told me to not hesitate to call if anything came up with the tint or If I simply was just not happy with the work... After a few days I was like WTF!?? There's scratches all over my new tint!! (Please keep reading because the scratches were not their fault) I was so bummed. I called the shop and told them what I discovered. Junior told me to bring in the car and they'll take a look at it and fix it. Super apologetic about the whole thing, meaning he takes pride in the work they do ! Come today, I take the car back to them to repair/replace the tint. Low and behold the scratches were on my actual window. I felt so bad, and knew right away it was from the dealership/manufacturer removing the wrap on the car. At this point, They could have become jerks and could have charged me to replace this tint, but they didn't! I felt so damn bad that they had to waste their time on someone else's mistake. They offered for me to wait to see what the dealership wants to do considering it's a new car. Unfortunately, I'm over dealing with the dealership on this issue bc it would take months to replace. So, they re-tinted my windows at no cost to me while I waited on that comfy ass couch and talked to the nice gentleman at the counter. I tried to buy them coffee and/or lunch, they declined. All they wanted was for me to be happy with the service they provided. I really am happy with them and the way they handled the situation. I will gladly refer people to these guys!
