I have 2 pets who shed a lot of hair, so we've gotten our fans cleaned multiple times. The other day someone actually asked me if I was using a brand new computer after the fans/ keyboard/screen was cleaned at Computech. Service is always super fast and thorough. I don't know anything about computers, including my own laptop and these guys will never make you feel silly (As a woman, going into other tech shops, this is a common issue for me). Earlier this year, when my boyfriend was getting his computer "checked up", the tech noticed signs that the fans were close to dying - Computech got into contact with us and offered to order and install the fans. They were extremely transparent about the cost of the fans and labor, making it clear that they were providing service at an extremely reasonable price. We will go back to these guys time and time again because of their friendly, fast, and well priced services.

I called DigiServe and spoke to the owner/technician, Randy. After walking me through a number of options, I brought my printer there to his repair shop on 3900 S. He tested it a half-dozen different ways and kept it for a few hours until I came back and picked it up after this thorough diagnostic session. Unfortunately, all of Randy's secret tricks to get the print heads unclogged and working again did not work (but he sure knows his printers!) So with my approval he ordered a new print head kit that came with additional inks (B, M, Cy, and Black), and I took the printer home. A week later the head kit came in and I brought the printer back to him for installation. A few hours later he was done and my Brother MFC-985DW was working like it was brand new. It cost me $75 for the print head kit, and $75 for the installation services. And now I have a like-new printer again! Randy is a very pleasant gentleman and keeps you in the loop on all the things he is doing and even lets you observe his work (which for me was fascinating.) However, he is a busy guy and is sometimes hard to get a hold of as he leaves his repair shop on service calls multiple times a week, so be patient and email him when you can so you have a communications history/thread to go off of. His hours are M-F 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Top-notch service at a fair price. Five Stars.
