The screen is black and I tried everything I could think of and online. I was planning to head back home and decided to contact Victor for a quote. He responded quick and answered my questions. I was a bit skeptical at first because I never done this before. Once we got there, Victor was friendly and his presence makes my anxiety go away for a bit, hahaha.
