He genuinely listened to my concerns when I told him about the issues my laptop was having. He gave me some input and told me that it sounded like a bad hard drive. I took my laptop in for repairs; low and behold, he was correct! He ended up replacing my hard drive, but not only did he fix the initial problem- he went above and beyond by installing some extra goodies like Microsoft Office, Adobe, antivirus protection, and upgraded my RAM from 8 gb to 16 gb. All of this for an extremely reasonable price. The turnaround time for repairs was very quick and he gave me a very accurate time frame. My laptop has never ran better.
