Supposedly came out one time with "the wrong part." Another time no called, no showed. We called to have his wife tell us "he drank nyquil instead of dayquil." Seriously? He came out one time to give us a quote that was missing soooooo much info. So glad I listened to my gut and got bids from 2 other guys who noted all kinds of things wrong with it that were very obvious. He also failed to mention we had to pay $150 for him to come out for this worthless bid. He did mention he tries to book as many appointments in my area on one day so I'm sure he's charging everyone the $150 and doesn't care about actually fixing anything. I would not recommend this company nor would I recommend Fidelity Home Mortgage. What a horrible experience.

I hired them to replace my furnace. The quote was reasonable compared to some other companies that…read moreprovided me with quotes. The installation team was very professional did a great job. The only downside was that my furnace is in the crawlspace above my laundry room they had to remove the trim and some drywall to get the new unit in there. I would have liked to know that in advance (that the new unit was larger than the space opening could accommodate) because their quote to repair the drywall and trim work was way more than I was willing to pay, so I found a Handyman that would do the work for much less money. Bottom line, they did a great job and I was happy with the overall work. I would just make sure to ask them if the new unit will fit into the space that you have available. Just so that you don't get a surprise extra expense.
