They also do door ding repair; Did you know? If your car gets a door ding or dent because it was hit by a shopping cart, or by a door from another car door being opened, it can be reasonably repaired without painting. When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!

I said my previous dealership figured it out and I had my paperwork. He says good because we cant do anything without a code. Uhhhhhh???? So yeah not going there for service.... Then, I went in today to ask questions about leasing a VW Passat. I asked the only sales rep that would talk to me if he could help and he said no he was BMW. When I walked over to the VW / Audi side three employees (I assume) were sitting at desks looking at their phones. Not one looked up or even greeted me. I have never had such an experience at a dealership. NEVER. I recently moved here and my old VW dealer was AMAZING. Amaaaaaazing!!!! Their customer service was outstanding. This was the most pathetic display of "customer service" I have ever seen. I really hope VW takes note. I will go elsewhere from now on. UPDATE: The owner read my review and personally called me to apologize for the lack of service. I told him that I will be going elsewhere for now but would be happy to return if service improves.
