The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion. He always arrived when he said he would, made sure that the times were convenient for us, and always left the work area clean and organized. Luis is friendly, honest, communicative, reliable, trustworthy, polite, and highly skilled. We highly recommend Luis and his crew, and we would hire him again without hesitation.

I would highly recommend him for any deck or general handyman work and would not hesitate to hire him again.

This is the second time I've worked with them; the first time being for rug cleaning. They are prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and of course, provide quality work. I can't believe we lived with this for so long!

"Breathe Easy" could not be a more inaccurate name. We tried for 3 months to get a simple estimate,…read moreand it was like pulling teeth to remind them to do each step of the process. They wasted our time with visit after visit for each subcontractor they hired, the worst example was their in-house plumber who wasted a week, decided he didn't feel like doing it, and they sent us over a sub to start from scratch. None of them communicate with each other. The owners had a personal crisis which we were very patient with only to find out that they had no idea how to delegate and nothing was being done. BES and their subs constantly miss appointments and make promises for milestones that they have no intention of keeping. STAY AWAY from this toxic company and anyone who associates with them. They should not be in business.

My living room ceiling was leaking and I assumed it came from the window in the bedroom above. I…read morehad a couple of contractors come out, Mr. Everything was the only company that actually tried to pinpoint why the leak was happening. Since he was fixing the window, the crack, and painting the ceiling, I asked for a quote to paint 2 of the rooms downstairs and install baseboards in my kitchen. I thought the estimate was reasonable (painting ceilings is not easy). The work was done in 3 days by one person. He took his time, cleaned up behind himself, and did a wonderful job. Honestly, the baseboards he installed in the kitchen were done neater than the ones in the living room installed by a flooring company. I would definitely reach out to this company when I need something done in my home.

For the last few weeks, I've been trying to sleep through numerous squirrel raves in my roof (they seem to party throughout the entire night) and wanted to close down Club Squirrel via a roof repair. New Castle Constructs responded quickly to my inquiry and Adonis showed up the very next day. Working with him was super easy; he answered every single one of my questions (I'm kind of a big "well, what if..." person, no matter how hard I try!) with responses that were practical/reasonable for my situation and budget, and definitely from a subject matter expert. I feel way more prepared and educated on how to maintain the roof of my 170+ year old house! 150 stars out of ten, will definitely be working exclusively with (and highly recommending) Adonis and his team in the future. Thanks again!!
