So, I've never before left a review for a company for giving me a price quote, but what Marcus at M…read more& C Global Construction did was way above and beyond, and I would highly recommend his business to anybody in need of general contracting work. I was looking into getting siding done for my elderly mother's home, which is badly in need of repair, and Marcus not only gave me a quote, but he (1) was incredibly honest about possible damage underneath the siding once the job begins that may need to be addressed to maintain the integrity of the structure of the house (something that the other contractors I got quotes from didn't do), (2) went out of his way to make the right kind of financing available to my mother to accommodate her concerns by adding a new option to his list of financing options by having his company sign up with an additional bank, (3) made adjustments to match competitors' price quotes, (4) took a look at some other areas of my mother's home to help me make assessments about what work to prioritize and (5) overall made it abundantly clear that customer comfort and understanding are important to him. I mean, he answered a ton of questions I had over a period of weeks, and he also instilled in me the importance of addressing certain issues with my mom's house to maintain the home value and not cause or exasperate potential structural issues in the long run, emphasizing that he wanted her to make the best decisions regardless of whether or not we were able to sign a contract with M & C Global at this time. I have nothing but positive things to say about my contact with the owner of this company, and in fact he has left me feeling much more knowledgeable about the work ahead that needs to be done on my mother's home (even beyond the siding issues) and more empowered to get the work done. Marcus told me that he's passionate about advocating for homeownership and helping people maintain their homes. It definitely shows.

The crew was fantastic start to finish and were all the above as well. They did everything possible to minimize disruption and were very nice to have around. We are delighted with our project and I don't have a single negative thing to say about the project or M & C Global. You will not regret working with this company for your project.

Called around to try to get a reasonable plumber. Most of them wanted money to come out and assess the issue. Horace was extremely pleasant and very good to work with. He sent a technician that was highly knowledgeable, very friendly and efficient. They did an outstanding job for a reasonable cost. I will highly recommend them if you have small, medium or large plumbing issues. Believe it or not the next day I had another issue with the master bath toilet, and they were very accommodating to come out and assist immediately . One of the best part is, he was very local and Cecil County familiar with the area. I'm all about supporting local businesses and veteran owned businesses. I love my new sink and faucet.

They provided me with several pictures and a video taken when they were on the roof so that I was able to see what was going on. Everything experienced on the day of the inspection and receipt of the estimate was professionally so I chose them over others. The day of the install they arrived on time and quickly began working to remove the old shingles. They covered my entire yard with tarp and had someone on the ground level making sure the old shingles did not end up on neighbor's property. I found everyone working on the project to be extremely friendly and polite. Throughout the process I was advised of everything that was happening which was good for me because I never knew all of the layers that went into removing old shingles, replacing rotten wood, adding protective layers and new shingle install. This company is phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for any projects that you are looking to complete. I intend to use them again. Well Done Black Lion Property Services LLC. Donnell N.

I want to warn others about my experience with Irvin Sifuentes …read more He started my deck project about two and a half months ago. After receiving a substantial portion of the payment, the project was repeatedly delayed and ultimately left unfinished. Communication became extremely difficult, and despite many attempts to resolve the situation, we were left having to find other workers to finish the job. He operates under Campo Bello construction LLC and Black Lion Property Management. His prices may seem attractive, but based on my experience, the delays, poor communication, and failure to complete the work were extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have messages, payment records, and photos documenting everything. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him. Save yourself the headache.

In the past 6 months, I've used Detailz three times for my Baltimore City home! If contracting…read moresomeone 3 times for 3 different projects doesn't represent 5 stars, I don't know what does! I first heard of Detailz after posting on a neighborhood forum in search of a contractor who could repair/retain my basement wall which partially collapsed during the big January snow storm. Ilan reached out directly to me and was very helpful via email which convinced me to have him come out for an estimate. I also asked 2 other contractors for estimates before making my decision but I immediately knew Detailz would be our go-to within moments of meeting Ilan. He's very professional and straight forward. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision right away and I felt like he was being honest with me about pricing/costs. Moreover, as a woman, I felt safe with Ilan - whether he was conscious of it or not, I felt like he took extra steps to ensure I felt safe and comfortable with him as the only person in the house during the estimate. Once we signed the contract, Ilan was easy to keep in touch with, get my questions answered, and was quick to set a work date. His crew was great. The work was excellent, they kept a clean work space, and once again, I always felt safe when I was in the house alone. I hired Detailz again this summer after the basement issue continued to be an issue - not Detailz work, of course.... just the rest of the basement which was letting in water which gave me consider related to mold and the integrity of the foundation. I still asked for 2 other estimates even though I know we'd end up going with Ilan. All the estimates provided were similar. As with the first job, Ilan was easy to keep in touch with, set up a work date very quickly, and his crew worked hard and fast to get the work done which included a drainage system in the basement and a new drainage system outside. I'm really happy with the work and feel so much better about the condition of my basement. Finally, we had the crew to the house to clean our air ducts. It was something I mentioned in passing to Ilan during the 2nd job and he informed me it was something new they could do. Of course, it was easy to hire him for the job knowing I'd receive quality work and clean breathing. As usual, the process was easy and smooth. Both my partner and mom have met Ilan and both have expressed how nice and easy he was to work with. My neighbor who works from home also expressed to me how great the crew was during their 4 days working outside in between our little ally way. I highly recommend Detailz - you won't be disappointed!

I requested an extended warranty because the driveway was so thin on one end. 2 months after the warranty expired the front walkway started to crumble.

I was doing my patio and these guys were literally half the price of the other two places I went (Cinder and Concrete and The Stone Store).
