The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The technician was fast and also very friendly. I recommend coming here. read more

Got my car smogged here and they were the sweetest people. Very accommodating to me as I was in a rush to get back to work. They were fast and efficient. Definitely will recommend to others. read more

Been coming here for years, very family orientated. Family owned. Never overcharges me and if something can wait, he will tell me. AK

My car is an absolute pain to work on and being a girl in her 20s going to a mechanic is absolutely terrifying. Tu is so incredibly nice and doesn't over charge. Absolutely recommend!! read more

Takes too long for a simple oil change. Not to mention the Asian man who I presume is the boss is rude as hell. Would recommend any other place instead for any new costumers. This place isn't worth your time if you want to feel welcomed. Not to mention they don't even care to tell you that you can sit anywhere or anything accommodating, Shit service. read more

My registration renewal came with a smog inspection notice this year, so after searching online I went to a couple of places near my house only to find out they didn't do smog inspections. So, I turned to yelp, because I didn't get up early on a Saturday to not get this done! Pro Smog came up and had great reviews and was not too far away. It's kind of hidden away, but I am so glad I found them! The owner was very helpful and friendly. He got to work quickly and gave me some good advice on other automotive stuff, so I'll be back for sure. The woman in the office was very friendly too! They've been there for 22 years, and I understand why. I wasn't there for long (quick and friendly), but I feel like they were trustworthy and I'll go to them for any future car repair work or oil changes! read more

It's my favorite place to go as a young girl, I'm usually scared of the other mechanics about getting ripped of but mister Tu & miss Kim really just give me a price straight up no problem with no scams. I love theses two & definitely would recommend coming here! I'm always calling when I need help on something. read more

Front lady was very polite and able to take care of my car asap. Mechanic was very nice as well.

Tu is the best mechanic I refer all my friends and family to him. He is an honest man and provides great service

This place is the best auto shop to take your car. They are very trustworthy and their prices are very reasonable. Kim the lady in the office is super nice and friendly, I feel like I know her for a long time even though this was my first time here. They are very honest people and experts on their auto business. I highly recommend them. read more

Was hesitant to try a new place--I've had the same mechanic for YEARS, but I was up against a deadline and was out of town, and needed to get my smog check in before the weekend. I called this place up to see if there was any way they could do the smog check and get me back in time--I only had my lunch hour to work with. The guy who answered assured me he could, and even had a sense of humor about it. I liked him already. Showed up to the place...be forewarned, a little difficult to find! Mind the street number and then drive in to the parking lot. Their stall is at the very end. Tiny place, friendly guy (his name was "Tu")...a bit of a dry sense of humor, but engaging nonetheless. There is a vending machine for sodas (only takes dollar bills), and a couple of chairs inside. I ate my lunch and sat on a chair by a shaded area outside. I showed up at 1230 and I was out of there by 1250...for a smog check! That included filling out the paperwork, paying, chit chat, etc. VERY IMPRESSED. By the way, they only take cash or credit cards. NO CHECKS. I feel like he may be hurting for customers since his location may be a bit of a handicap...so if you're in the area and are in need of fast, reliable and affordable smog check, this place is for you! read more

Did a quick job on my brake and lamp test. My truck is 10K lbs and other shops turned me away. This show can do 10K and below.

My boss has been taking her families cars to Pro Smog for all of their car repairs for over 15 years and recommended them to me since he is an honest mechanic with reasonable prices, he will not recommend services that you do not need. The Buick dealership did my 50,000 transmission service, according to the paperwork somehow they used some type of cleaning agent and managed to put 12 qts of transmission fluid in a transmission that holds 8 qts, and they did not replace the filter. Now 16,000 miles later my transmission was slipping, when I brought my car in to have an oil change and smog certificate and they found that my transmission was 2 qts low and the fluid was dirty and the filter was clogged. Pro smog did the job correct by removing the filter and draining all of the fluid, put a new filter in and put in 8 qts of fluid. When I was leaving I told him about my daughters car that has a check engine light on, he told me to bring it by and he will check it out free of charge and let me know what is wrong. Most places will change $80 for this. read more

This station operates with honesty, integrity & has exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

My Family has been coming here for over 13 years because they are trustworthy people. They do smog checks but they also have the capability of repairing all general & specialty work. We've had the best experience over all. I recommend them to all of my friends and to all of you! The best shop in the Inland Empire! read more

Pro Smog Center - Auto Repair Near Me - Ontario, California

Fast friendly service. COVID compliant . Good value too. They do more than just smog, tune ups and brakes too. Highly recommended.

SUPER GREAT SERVICE! Was in and out of there within twenty minutes. Great price as well. Will be coming back in the future!

The gentleman who works on cars has been very helpful and nice guy but after having to ignore the rude front desk lady several times her latest aggression and attitude crossed the line and I will not be coming back. read more

Excellent service, excellent quality, and excellent location! I yelped Pro Smog Center and stopped in for a smog check given the high reviews. I was met by Tu (who owns the shop) and he took care of everything so quickly--I was impressed! About a month later, I bought a new car from out of state that needed to be smogged to get registered so I decided to come back since my first visit was so quick and friendly. I was not disappointed. Pro Smog Center is 2 for 2 in my book, and if you're looking to get a smog check, I definitely recommend Tu and his staff at Pro Smog Center. read more

Fast, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommended. Kim was very helpful and did not turn me away since it was close to closing time on a Saturday. Kind of hidden in the back of industrials but you will not be disappointed. read more

THE ASIAN LADY IN THE FRONT IS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL. I came in for a smog check and right away she said they had a lot of people. I did not mind I was ready to wait, no AC or waiting room u have to wait outside on random chairs, but I was mentally prepared. She asked me for my paper I gave it to her, she looks at it and says "60 dollars" before anything I just nicely and CALMLY asked her, how long would the wait be bc I was ready to call my friend to pick me up if In case it took too long, she says "60 dollar??!" I said I'm sorry but what is the wait time? Roughly? ... she gets up from her chair AND SLAMS MY PAPER ON THE TABLE TO SAY "I TOLD U ALOT OF PEOPLE..." as soon as she did that I just grabbed the paper from the table in shock at the disrespect, stopped listening & walked out telling her how rude she was. Wtf is wrong with people? THEY NEED TO CHECK THAT BITCH. No respect smh and this isn't anything towards her being Asian cause ya girls Chinese & I understand the culture & she was just plain disrespectful. read more

Came here to get a smog check for DMV registration renewal. Tu Do rules! Coolest little lady, she OWNS this place. Very straightforward but extremely friendly. They have 2 smog check machines so it was done very quickly even though there were 2 people in front of me for smog, and multiple other vehicles behind checked and fixed. $50 for smog check. read more

Don't let the name fool you: this business is an excellent repair shop as well as smog check center. I'm no car person, and used to depend on my family's mechanic back home. After my first visit here (on referral from a trusted source) with a check engine light on, I knew I had found my new local "family" mechanic. If you expect quality work, fair and honest prices, and just want to be confident that you're getting the service your car needs and not a sales pitch, come see Tu (the owner). I've had several repairs done new, and actually feel confident about going the the mechanic, rather than stressed about my personal lack of knowledge. Highly recommended. read more

Horrible customer service, been there a handful of times and always recive attitude from receptionist lady. Not worth the service, can easily be done at any other mechanic for same price or even less. Also left car dirty and stained from roof and steering wheel, they do not properly take precaution when working on or in the car. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Went to this place for a Smog Check today. About 20 bucks cheaper than the so call "low price" smog places in town. Best of all, they are honest quoted me an "out the door" price. No add on fees. Highly recommended. read more

I must admit that before I got married, I had never taken my own car to get a smog check. Haha...benefits of a father who spoils me. It just so happened that my husband's car was also due for a smog check. We went by a location out on Euclid first. Arrived there around 10:30am and we were told there would be 31 cars ahead of us! Wasn't willing to wait that long. My husband called around other places and stumbled upon Pro Smog Check. This location was closer to our home and there wasn't a wait. We got our smog checks done on both cars right away and the mechanic who performed the smog checks was very friendly and talkative with us while we waited. I think we found our smog check place! read more

Great service, the mechanic was honest and upfront about my smog check.

This place is great! My son's car would not pass smog. I had another place look at it, who tried several fixes & still couldn't figure out how to get the check engine light off. I took it to this place, which was recommended by a friend, & am very pleased. Kim was very pleasant to talk with & set up the appointment. Tu was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly. This is an honest and fair place...hard to come by these days. I definitely plan many more visits, when needed, in the future. read more

FANTATIC PLACE! I always check Yelp when going to new places so thought I would give this place a shot and they did not disappoint at all. Kim was amazingly friendly and helpful. They were fast and did not make me wait longer than they said it would take. A really legit place that will not nickel and dime you for every little thing. They do great work and great prices. I will definitely be back here to do all my services. Be sure to check them out, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Kim! See you soon! read more

I'm a little late in posting my review, but I had received excellent service here last Fall when my car had problems passing. The shop had my car done by the next day and completed all repairs like a pro (like the name says). Tu is a really good mechanic and knows what he is doing. He explains everything to you. Very trust worthy establishment and good prices, I will keep coming back. read more

Excellent! Cheaper than other places but most importantly they are honest! Kim said she needs to sleep at night so she does not cheat the system and she does not cheat her customers. Tu is a smog pro and I'll definitely take all my cars there despite a 45min drive. Honesty and skill are worth the drive. Glad I found them - thank you yelp! read more
