I called Memphis Roofing and spoke with the owner. He was booked solid for several days out, but was concerned about my situation because more storms were coming that evening. He promised to get me fixed later that day and he did. The person he dispatched went into my attic and found where the hole was. He went to my roof and patched it with metal sheeting. I had some extra roof tiles and he installed them and removed a lot of tree debris from my roof. It rained hard that night and not a drip got in to the house. I believe the costs for the repair was very reasonable as well. I really appreciate their concern , their help, and the results.

Since I was out of the state, he showed me multiple pictures of work completed. He is very detailed oriented and super helpful. He even followed up with me weeks after job completed to make sure my roof no longer leaks after the rains. He is genuinely kind hearted, most reliable and noble! After emailing Fence and Decks for Less, they did come out right away to give me an estimate on replacing part of my fence. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, that's as far as services ever went. I've been actively calling, almost weekly for five months and leaving messages. Unfortunately, I have not received any calls back regarding an estimated start date or even if they have received the fencing materials needed. Next he came and did the inspection with the insurance adjuster. Cole made sure all the damage was noted.
