Brian's wife finally called me back last Friday and said he'd be out Tuesday of the next week to make sure the project area was ready. I called Monday multiple times, multiple numbers to confirm for Tuesday. No answer, no reply. I begged and pleaded with them to call me back since I was planning a party for my son's graduation and needed the work done by June 12th. I called Tuesday multiple times, no answer, no reply. I've called today, same story. I trusted that OTGCC would deliver in the timeline they quoted. Now I'm forced to find someone else on short notice to do this work and have to pay a premium to get in front of it.
