We had an estimate done months ago. Our elderly builder is a bit crotchety and wanted to be on site which irritated the company owner. They tacked on $1000 fee in order for him to be there.. We AGREED to that. Contracts updated and signed. Find out scheduling is mixed up. Spoke to the wife owner and asked her to correct date mix up with salesman. We then wait. And wait. And wait. It's now 30 days later and apparently she did not care for the fact that I was irritated and she just arbitrarily canceled the job. Without notifying us!!! They tossed away a job worth over $10k and left us hanging with no communication. Petty and unprofessional.

When Jordan and his team showed up, it was all business. They were all very professional and friendly and they made sure everything looked perfect before they left. Because of our sloped driveway that leads to our detached garage, I was genuinely concerned about water drainage off the property and not into my garage. They handled the grade with precision and it literally rained for two straight days (over 2 inches) and not a drop of water came near the garage! An answer to prayer really. Highly recommend Jordan and his team for your asphalt or paving needs. AAA+++

Insurance company assigned them to deal with some water damage from a leak. Should have done some…read moreresearch instead of accepting the assignment. First day they showed up without the right tools and equipment. So they left for 4 hours to go back to the office to get the equipment they needed. Then worked for a couple hours and left for another 90 minutes to get some water. They then tried to plug in 6 fans and 4 dehumidifiers into a single outlet and kept tripping the breaker. Instead of dealing with it they just kept resetting the breaker and then left for the day. I ended up having to use my own extensions cords to distribute the load from their equipment to stop the breakers from popping. Second day they showed up late and then left after about an hour to take care of an another emergency issue with someone else's home. Third day they came back and tried to clean up leave without finishing tearing out the all the damaged drywall. They claimed it was now dry so they didnt need to cut it out anymore. They said they would only remove wet drywall and if its dry then its not in their scope. The supervisor showed up and was all nice until we asked him to finish the job and then he got testy and refused to discuss finishing taking down the water damaged drywall since it still wasn't wet and kept telling us that it was normal for the crew to keep leaving without finishing the job. He kept arguing with us so we had to ask him to leave. The picture clearly shows the spot where all the water was pouring out from that they keep saying isn't wet anymore so they won't pull it down. I'm surprised that this company hasn't "claimed" their business spot on here; but I'm going to…read morereview their fine work anyway... ‍ The first estimate that was given to us was by one of the "mega-companies" that one sees constantly on TV commercials- and I about blew a brain seal! - $25,000??!! My lord! Did they use tar paper with gold weave, or shingles made with Kevlar?? We had another estimate completed the following day; the price was less than the first, but the gentleman wanted to do a complete "Dog and Pony Show" presentation afterwards. Sorry, but I had to cut the first guy off from his song and dance saga early, and I didn't want another high-pressure sales attempt-- he wasn't too pleased, but he did email me the paperwork the following morning. I was totally prepared for yet a third turgid screed titled, "Our Roof Is Better Than Their Roof!" from anyone coming down the pike, but I'm happy to say that I didn't have that issue with C. L. Wright Roofing! Let me first say I'm not one to write reviews on every little thing, and I'm not trying to blow a ray of sunshine up anyone's pant leg with this one- they did a darn fine job, and they deserve a darn good review! Here is the service breakdown: * The gentleman arrived on time and was polite, with a no-nonsense attitude- being a veteran, I like that! * Within about thirty-five to forty minutes, he had a written estimate in my hand. It had a everything covered: the shingles, paper, the water damaged soffit and hosed gutter that need to be replaced, and a damaged 4' x 8' plywood board that was bad; (we were aware of these before hand) he also noted that the skylight that provided some daytime light to the attic was broken and leaking! Noted on the estimate was that other plywood pieces could be water damaged, and we'd be advised if anymore needed replacing and gave the price of each piece upfront. I did go to the main office and picked out a shingle color; Jo Anne was very helpful, and I was on my way in no time. * The crew arrived on time on the date stated a few weeks later; they were polite, and cleaned up the small stuff as they went. No cigarette butts or personal trash was ever noted, either. * The project was completed on the second day, and the supervisor arrived later that evening. He did a sweep of the property, picking up any remaining rouge construction trash or wrapping, then used a magnetic roller to pick up any nails or metal debris. Afterwards, my wife and I did a walk around the property with him making sure all was good to go-- and it was! The final cost: $6,700.00 That's a far call from the other companies! I can wholeheartedly give a 5 rating to this company, and would recommend them not only to family and friends, but to anyone else too. Thank you, John "Doc" Lykins EMT-Paramedic (Ret.)
