I shared my existing blood work that I had done with my primary care doctor, endocrinologist, ultra sound test, and any other medical work. I closely followed her recommendations, which included taking minoxidil (drug blocks hormones) and four capsules of Nutrafol daily. During this time, I was also seeing Dr.Erin Thorne a naturopathic doctor who diagnosed me with 2-types PCOS (inflammatory PCOS, and adrenal PCOS) and started a treatment along side Dr.Kash's treatment. I had hormone acne and hair loss due to PCOS. Over the course of treatments, I used more than six jars of Nutrafol and followed Dr.Kash's suggested hair-care routine, washing my hair daily and alternating between T-Sal, Selsun Blue, and Nizoral shampoos. In the follow-up, she heard my concerns and took in the information from the test results of Dr.Erin. I was suggested to take spironolactone (drug blocks hormone) which after discussing with my naturopathic doctor I decided not to proceed forward with. Although I was diligent in following the regimen currently did not see any notable changes with my hair. I am continuing to take minoxidil and Nutroful along with what was recommended by Dr.Erin. I recently had Quantum RF and many Morpheus8 sessions on all body areas and I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Reyrao, Nurse Jahna and Master Aesthetician Adriana. And I ask a lot of questions! You can tell she really cares about her craft and more importantly, she cares about the person sitting in front of her or laying on the procedure table I should say! I felt completely comfortable putting myself in her hands. Her right hand woman, Nurse Jahna was also amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating, even when I had some last minute changes and she worked so seamlessly with Dr. Reyrao. You could genuinely see how well they work together. It didn't feel like separate people doing separate jobs. I was watching the whole time during the procedure and it felt like a team that was communicating and looking out for me the entire time. I felt very safe and very well cared for. And what really stood out to me was the care after care treatment. They actually called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay late in the evening! That might seem like a small thing but it really isn't. When you're doing treatments on your face/body, especially something more intensive, it means a lot to know that someone is still thinking about you after you leave. Master aesthetician, Adriana was also amazing. She was so attentive before, during and after the treatment. She was constantly checking in, making sure I was comfortable and making sure I was okay. And after the Morpheus treatment, she came in and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She is always paying attention to how I was feeling emotionally and physically too. She makes me feel safe, reassured and cared for as a whole person. She is clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well! Plus she's like a free therapist people! Come on! It can't get any better than that! She is precise and skilled with every treatment! And then there's Noemi. The QUEEN. I've been a long term customer here and I honestly think one of the biggest reasons I've stayed is because of her. Noemi has such a genuine heart. She is always thinking about the people who walk through her doors and how to make their experience better. I've tried so many of the treatments and newer technologies they've brought in over the years and I really appreciate that they're constantly looking for the newest and best technology rather than just buying something cheap and putting a fancy name on it. And trust me I notice. I've basically done every treatment/technology that comes through here at this point. But what makes this place different is that I have never felt like a number or like someone they're just trying to sell another package to. They treat me like an actual human being. They listen. They remember things. They care about how I'm doing. And there's a genuine level of trust that has been built over time. Noemi, I hope you know how much that means. You've created an environment where people can come in wanting to look better, but they also leave feeling cared for, reassured and valued.
