They don't have a receptionist so I left a voicemail with my contact information. Their recording gives you details on how to email and text them for an appointment in addition to leaving a message. Fast forward to Tuesday and I still have yet to have someone call me back. Again I leave another voicemail. Robin did call me back, but unfortunately I was unable to pick up the phone. She left a voicemail explaining that she needed more information and to feel free to call or send a text message with all of the details and reiterated her number twice. I texted her back at 3 PM with all of my contact information and that I needed haircut and color. I even excitedly added a bit about how wonderful the yelps are and how self-conscious I am at normal salons and I felt super excited to try a place that seemed really inviting and friendly for people who experience hair loss. I did not receive a call back or text that Tuesday nor did I receive a call or text Wednesday or today Thursday. I even texted Wednesday with a message that I was following up and again... nothing. I'm sure they might be amazing if you luck out and get someone to call you or care at all about scheduling an appointment.

The Hair Club - Tukwila, Washington…read more I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did at The Hair Club in Tukwila. I met with a lady named Susan for a hair loss consultation. Her assistant took pictures of my hair while she explained that my hair was in very poor condition and said I was the "perfect candidate" for their program -- which would cost around $8,000-$9,000. I told her I couldn't decide right away because that's a lot of money, and I wanted to research and compare other clinics. But she kept pressuring me, saying I could "lock in a discount" if I put down a $1,000 deposit right then to receive some products and a laser hat. I paid with my PayPal MasterCard, thinking I'd get the laser hat in the mail. But after doing more research, I found so many bad reviews from people saying this place only cares about money. I immediately felt uneasy and decided not to move forward. When I told Susan I wanted to cancel, I offered to pay just for the products, but she said the $1,000 couldn't be refunded because I was already "locked into the program." I never received the laser hat, and PayPal didn't help either. Now I'm left with a bag full of unopened products (photo attached) that cost me over $1,100. The whole experience was stressful, misleading, and left me feeling taken advantage of. Please be careful before signing or paying anything here. Take your time, read reviews, and don't let anyone pressure you the way they did to me. I truly hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistake.

Failure to provide purchased services. 4. Failure to provide purchased products. 5. Extremely Forgetful. 6. Inconsistent behavior. 7. Swindle-Like behavior or just plain incompetency. 8. Wasting your time. I repeatedly informed the front desk staff of my work schedule which has not changed since paying in full at the beginning of the program. They consistently scheduled me during work hours or at times that would cross into my work schedule. I paid in full and ended up having to schedule myself a few times. Twice I drove to the salon and was told they canceled on me or I didn't have an appointment. During one of these, the front desk staff told me "they called me" but I received no calls. I don't think they called me at all. My number was connected and working. Today, is apparently the last day of my "treatment." They didn't tell me that during my last appointment. In fact, on the 8th, they called me to "remind me of my appointment the following day." Okay. Cool. Guess what, it's schedule 15 minutes before I start my shift. I cancel and they told me "we will have you in at 1:00pm on the 16th." (Today). So, I come in at the time and date they told me to. Guess what! "Sorry, you ran out of benefits (sessions) and you don't actually have an appointment today. We tried to call you. I know we called you." Nope. No phone calls received or missed on my end. Sounds like more crap and posturing to save one's own tail if I'm being a little honest. And don't get me started on the fact that despite paying in full at the beginning, two times (at least, maybe three times total) I didn't receive the products I paid for. Which personally I consider blatant theft and scammy, scummy behavior. In one instance, they asked if I wanted my products mailed to me. I said yes. Never got them. I inquired about their corporate branch and was met with "I'll print out a schedule of your appointments over the past year." I could have kept pressing. I could have gotten angrier and more upset, but I didn't want to escalate things like that or upset the young woman at the desk. Or disrupt other client's sessions. Or upset the techs. I knew I'd be the bad guy if I did. And I don't want to deal with some corporate shill suing me. I forgot to mention they'd "review my regrowth progress" with me but they never showed me any photos or anything related to such. Which is highly unusual. Not because they said they'd do it, and they didn't. But because it's common practice to review with clients what their progress is. I also intend on lodging complaints with their corporate branch, if I can find them. But like I said, I was given a schedule instead of any useful information about Hairclub's corporate entity.

From the very first appointment, it was clear how much he genuinely cares about his patients--not just clinically, but personally too. I've struggled with rosacea for years, and he is the first practitioner who has addressed it so thoroughly, thoughtfully, and with such care. I'm so grateful. I've had three Excel V laser treatments with Dr. Greene, and each one has been such a positive experience. He goes above and beyond to ensure comfort--offering small but meaningful touches like stress balls to squeeze, talking through every step, and having his assistant use a cold roller throughout. These details made such a difference in helping me feel calm and cared for. I've never felt so at ease during a medical treatment. Dr. Greene also takes the time to really explain things--he has a screen mounted on the wall that shows helpful graphics about skin and treatments, and he walks you through it in a way that's clear, respectful, and empowering. He even followed up with a personal phone call when I had questions. His staff is just as wonderful--kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. I've never felt pressured to buy anything or pursue services I don't need. The whole environment is one of respect, support, and true partnership in care. If you're looking for someone who combines deep expertise with genuine empathy, I can't recommend Dr. Greene enough.

When other doctors were not able to pinpoint my awful headaches and fatigue, they suggested I take prescription meds that actually exasperated my symptoms and caused other health issues for me. Once I saw Dr Timmer, she was able to determine my health issues: food sensitivities and then some. Once I cut the bad foods out, the headaches and fatigue subsided. I will also attest to Dr. Timmer's communication. I was extremely sick in the Spring time, potentially with Covid. I was in and out of the doctors (ER and urgent care). I was bed-ridden for two weeks. I contacted Dr. Timmer every time I had a concern, and she followed up with my concerns and road to recovery via emails within a couple of hours or so. After recovering, I started to have other health issues and Dr Timmer was able to determine I had a heart murmur after being so deathly ill. This baffles me, only because when I was in and out of the ER and Urgent Care, no one told me they heard a heart murmur when they listened to my heart. I DO not trust anyone for medical care except this woman. She is warm, welcoming, approachable and wise. She is a prodigy of health care, not symptom care. And I can't thank her enough for giving me the tools to create a healthier lifestyle for me.

She was running about a half hour late, which is not uncommon for most doctors. A physical exam was not conducted, other than examination of my right calf. Prior to my appt, I submitted medical documentation, and sent Dr Corbeille an email requesting review of the documentation prior to my appt. At the beginning of my appt, I asked Dr Corbeille if she had reviewed the documentation I submitted, and she replied, "I started to but then I got distracted". I asked her if she had read my email and she looked puzzled and replied, "no". The majority of the appointment was spent discussing past health history, instead of treatment options. She provided a 3 minute ozone treatment in the ears. Felt tine until about the 48 hour mark, then had a severe herxheimer reaction that lasted 8 days. Was sold a $50 bottle of ozone pills, which also were not well tolerated. If you are immunocompromised or an asthmatic, this practice might not be a good fit for you. The entire office was very fragrant. The scent was noticeable immediately upon entering, and lingered on my person long after the appt was over. The receptionist said she couldn't smell anything and looked puzzled when I mentioned the scent throughout the office. Appt was $400 in total with no benefit gained from the visit.
