We tried everything -- research online, suggestions from ChatGPT and internet forums, the standard Toyota instructions, and even assistance from the Toyota salesman, who personally came out to help. Unfortunately, nobody could get the car linked to the garage door opener. A representative from another garage door company also came out and was unable to solve the problem. At that point, I called Door Pros and explained the entire situation. I was connected directly to the owner, who could not have been more courteous and professional. He immediately reassured me that our system was still under warranty, promised there would be no charge for service, and personally gave me his word that they would get the issue resolved. Trevor -- the same technician who installed the opener back in December -- came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained that the particular opener motor originally installed simply was not compatible with the signal system used by my new vehicle. Rather than trying temporary workarounds, he replaced the opener motor with a different model that he knew would properly communicate with the car. Problem solved immediately. I can now open both HOA gates, as well as my Garage Door using the buttons on my Toyota Camry. In my opinion, Toyota vehicles should ideally be able to communicate with every standard opener system on the market, so I still view this primarily as a vehicle compatibility issue rather than a fault of ListMaster and Door Pros. What impressed me most was Door Pros' professionalism, honesty, and commitment to standing behind their work. They honored the warranty without hesitation, treated us respectfully throughout the process, and stayed with the problem until it was completely resolved. Excellent customer service and a company that truly stands behind what they install.

I paid him good money to fix a garage man door, and it still hasn't worked right. First, he did a shortcut and replaced part of a door frame, saying that's all it needed and it didn't work, but he still charged me anyway and said it was good, which it is obviously not. I explained it to him how it did not work, and he brushed it off. I have to throw my shoulder & hip into the door every time to get it to latch, after I paid him to fix it and he said it was good. I also had him put a security gate on the man door to my garage, and it was not done right despite my extensive preparation with extra materials that I paid for, all brand, new materials, primed and painted and prepped for him, at the job site, and he brushed it off, saying it was unnecessary. He was wrong The security gate swings into its own frame, always has to be yanked out. It's ridiculous. I showed him and he brushed it off. Hey Jack, this is your many times client that referred work for you from other friends of mine, and we all paid. if you feel like coming back and fixing your bad work, let me know, and I can modify this review. Thanks for moving to Apple Valley, but you should really come back and fix the problems you created back here in Yucca Valley, that you got paid for, and where your past customers are suffering from your work.
