I tried to get a state inspection on my car. The guy was so rude, he didn't want to help me. It clearly states they have state inspection, he said they weren't doing them today. Then we asked, when are you doing them. He just stared at us and wouldn't reply. I then drove a minute down the street and got it done with someone else. I will never come here again. read more

Do not EVER make the mistake of going to this place. Unless you ask the price before pulling in, you're greeted by the high price of $38.99 for a "complete oil change" upon entering the waiting room. Upon finishing the service, I'm told that high mileage oil was used (they did not ask me, nor would I have agreed to it since I was selling it soon) for $44.99. Then I get the invoice...an additional charge for bottled oil AND a charge for "top off" (if more than the standard amount of oil was needed, maybe ONE of these charges should be on here after asking, not both)...and a charge for an oil filter! What kind of "complete" oil change is that? Total of $61.78 for a basic oil change that should cost $30 tops anywhere else. And then the owner, Rito Medellin, has the absolute gall to say at the end, "if you liked the service, leave us a Yelp review, and if you didn't...don't do nothing (sic) like that". Unreal. Here's the thing about Rito Medellin and this joke of a business - he has a contract servicing all of Univision's fleet - that's where he makes his real money. He doesn't need or care about the general public's business, so he has no qualms ripping off people who made the mistake pulling into his run-down shop. Ultimate case of caveat emptor. I am verry special about my car and allways double check after getting something done, the ppace was better than any other oil changes I have been to they pay atention to detail I used high millage most of the time but the staff. They guys worked very quickly and efficiently lasting all of about 20 minutes even at the end of the day. I've been here three times for an oil change. All times were quick and the guy who runs the office is professional and speaks English well. However, today I paid more than the prices they have posted in their establishment. But then again it only took 10-15 minutes. So 3 stars. THE worst experience I have ever had! Took my car in to get inspected and the guy said leave your insurance on the seat and the keys on the dash, I went to hand him the keys and he wouldnt take them, he said leave them in the car. That was not gonna happen, people steal cars like that I it would totally be my fault. Then when I looked at my insurance card it had expired 3 days before. I asked him if he could look at the current one on my app on my phone (I now know that they cant) but what he said next was the turning point for my terrible review and my departure from the joint.
