Locally family owned. I've been getting my film developed here for years now! The service is amazing! The owner is always so nice and he always gets my film developed so quickly. I usually get it back within 1-2 days, which is unheard of for film development. Everything is reasonably priced and the quality of his work is great. I would definitely recommend developing your film here !! read more

My first time developing film here and they know exactly what they're doing! I dropped off two 35mm rolls right when they opened and received the digitals through email later that night. The process was extremely easy and owners were friendly. I noticed their processing makes the photos turn out a little more muted than other places I've developed film at. I still love how the photos look regardless, overall a great experience! read more

Pro Photo Factory has handled all my film with care. Every roll is developed perfectly and is returned cleanly and wrapped. Their prices for film are some of the best and most competitive for retail. They have a variety of films to choose from as well. Scans always come out terrific and balanced. It's great to see a business that isn't out for mass profit and greed; rare in this day and age. I recently moved to the IE from NYC and needed a new shop to develop my film. I chose Pro Photo Factory. The owner is a wonderful Korean gentleman. As a Korean immigrant myself, I was pleasantly surprised and glad to be supporting this small business! And the owner seemed just as happy to interact with me as well :-) I had 2 rolls processed and bought a 5 pack of Portra 400. Additionally, I was able to trade in 2 unused lomography rolls for $20 credit! Super generous deal, I don't think he would profit much from them so it really just helped me out. My total came out to $85. We had a lovely chat in Korean and the owner kindly gifted me a roll of Fujifilm 400 before I left. I will definitely be coming here for all my film needs! 너무 감사합니다~ Bring cash for discount on rolls (not processing) read more

I went here to get some film developed/ scanned at the recommendation of my roommate (and also, this place is the only film/ film camera store in my area of the Inland Empire). I'll start with the good: Mr Kim was so welcoming and kind, the turnaround time was very short (less than 24 hours), and the scans were good quality. I also brought in a film camera from the 90s to hopefully have fixed (someone dropped it off of a rock in Joshua Tree and the automatic film winder/ advancer stopped working), and Mr. Kim gladly took a look at it with great care and attention to detail (unfortunately, it required a specific replacement part and couldn't be fixed in-store that day). Howeverrr, despite the great service upfront, I felt the prices were a bit steep---$20 to scan and develop one roll of black and white film. Given that Pro Photo Factory is a local small business with 2 employees, the cost wouldn't have bothered me too much if not for what happened next. A few hours after I dropped off my film, Mr. Kim emailed me to notify me of a "half frame scanning fee" of $16.90, which was $7 more than the regular scanning fee and not posted anywhere in the store. He said that my film would not be processed and scanned until I paid the $7 difference over the phone "at my earliest convenience." I was a bit irked, but I called him the next day to make the payment. Not thirty minutes after I hung up the phone did I receive an email with the link to my photos (which proves he already had everything developed and scanned and was just waiting for more of my money)! What's more, the half frames were not even scanned separately; they were still scanned as if there were 36 regular exposure 36x24mm frames, instead of the 72 18x24mm frames that I shot. So, he clearly didn't do any extra scanning work that would have warranted an additional "half frame scanning fee." I was scammed :( read more

It's a joy to bring my film to be developed here. The experience is unmatched by any other local in person developer I have been to. The efficiency of the drop off process where I can drop off of film and have scans back is awesome. I prefer the service to the have my film scans sent directly to my email via Dropbox. I sometimes even get the scans back the same day. The development prices are very reasonable. The film selection is high quality. If you pay cash the prices are better on some film stocks then buying online. I highly recommended for people who are interested in getting into film photography or looking to try different kinds of film. This place is single handily facilitating my film photography hobby. Such fast and quality service for an extremely fair price - about $11-12 for one roll of 36 exposures! This is less expensive than the place I used to go to. Mr. Kim was very kind and thorough in explaining the scanning and photo delivery process. He even took time to explain if I wanted to get one of my scans printed in a larger size in the future. It only took a couple days and I received my photos via email, with a Dropbox link. I received high quality images in .jpg. Some had light leaks but I know it's because of the film camera I'm using. BUT the administrative side and studio reliability are major issues. We actually should have seen the red flags on our very first visit when we came to book our appointment. No one was inside the studio, and another family was waiting outside. We let it go at the time, but the exact same thing happened at pickup. Since I had my baby with me and wanted to avoid driving over only to wait around, I called in advance to confirm someone was there and explicitly stated I was on my way. Yet when we arrived, the studio was locked and empty. We ended up waiting for quiet awhile for someone to show up. If staff needed to step out, basic courtesy and sound business practice dictate that you inform the customer on the phone. To top it off, no itemized receipt was provided. While the photographer did a wonderful job, the repeated unreliability and lack of consideration for customers' time mean we'll probably just go somewhere else next time.

One of the things that has held me back from really getting into film are the costs--developing, film itself, etc. but Pro Photo makes it more accessible. You can get med-res scans, developing, and email/Dropbox download for around $12. The turnaround time is super fast, and when I told the owners I was going to be leaving Cmont in a few days, they expedited the process and all 7 of my color rolls were developed/scanned in the same day. If you're Covid-wary there's a contactless dropoff option for film and they are letting people in right now if they're wearing masks. My friend brought in her camera and they were able to check the battery and do some troubleshooting even though they don't advertise camera repair. Plus they also carry a variety of films. Definitely check out this local, POC-owned spot for your film needs. read more

The customer service was a 10/10. My first time trying photography with a 35mm point and shoot and my pictures came out so beautiful. This place develops the pictures very nicely and quickly. These pictures were taken with FujiFilm 200 from target with a Fuji Discovery 900 zoom plus. read more

He can do anything with art -- fixed a wall hanging my daughter had put her name on (you'd never know it was there); added black paint to an abstract painting to cover marks left by tape when I spray painted the frame; added detail by painting a thin line of black on the inside of the frame and painting the outside black which set off the black and white picture nicely: finally, reframed and matted a certificated piece of art beautifully. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never tries to pressure you into buying something you don't need. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me compare different options (this is my first professional camera after the Sony ZV-E10ii, so, I had a lot of questions about lenses hahaha), and made sure I got the right equipment for my needs. What really sets Mojo apart is their customer service. They treat you like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Their prices are competitive, they have an excellent selection of cameras and DJI products, and the staff genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're looking for a trustworthy camera store with knowledgeable staff and exceptional service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be bothering Tony again for future camera gear and accessories. Thank you, Tony and the entire Mojo team!

When I came in to pick up my artwork, I waited for about four minutes before the person behind the counter looked up and acknowledged my existence.
