But honestly, it's something I feel like people should try at least once. Yeah it hurts, but the result is so nice afterward plus you don't have to do any maintenance down there if you plan on going swimming or to the beach. I've gotten Brazilians at this location and one in Jacksonville and like the efficiency of Brazil's Waxing Center. At this location, Karen was the technician who did mine. She was super funny and personable and was great at distracting me. For pain tolerance reference, I've gotten my underarms waxed for several years and only recently started getting Brazilians. They hurt the most for the first 3 waxes, but as the hair gets thinner they hurt less and less. Honestly, the first time was the most painful and then after it was totally doable! A few tips for first time waxers: do NOT go work out right after your Brazilian or go swimming/do anything that could clog your pores for AT LEAST 24-48 hours after. If you ignore this recommendation from the technician, I almost guarantee you will get ingrown hairs. No one wants that. I actually really like the exfoliate and ingrown hair serum that they sell there, but I don't think the soap is worth the money. Bottom line: just try it!!

She ended up trying to take the already applied wax off gently to see if she could still do the triangle. It ended up being super small to the point I should have just told her to take it all off.. she was very apologetic but it just isn't a good feeling when going to a new place and already feeling uneasy. I also had to adjust to them not leaving the room so that you can get undressed.. overall not sure I'll go back.

While I don't love the length of my hair at the moment, she did everything she could to make me feel much better about the haircut. She was very meticulous and considerate. This was my first time here as I had purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and my nails looked great as I walked out of the salon but two days later they were chipped all over. Whenever I have gotten a gel manicure in the past, the manicure lasts 3-4 weeks with at least 2 weeks without chipping (not 2 days....). This was extremely disappointing as I had gotten them done right before heading out of town for a wedding.
