In 2022, I have purchased a day cab and was looking For a shop that I can Build a relationship with.
Pro-On-Site was down the street from my yard, and I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner, Arthur Harris And had a pretty lengthy conversation with him, and he chose to take me Me on, even though I only had one truck.
I had gotten some minor repairs done here and there, and some inspections and everything was going great, At the end of 2022 My truck started making some noise so I took it to them. They diagnosed it and said I needed a engine overhaul I had only been in business for 6 months And had worked very hard and was able to save a good amount of money to get this process done They told me they were able to do the job I trusted them because we had built that relationship.
I took my truck in around the end of November 2022 Didn't get it back until March 2023 I informed him that something didn't sound right, they said that's how it's supposed to sound. I brought it back to them numerous of times and they informed me that no lights or anything is indicating anything is wrong About 7 1/2 months or so later, my engine block Had a whole blown through it, I immediately contacted Arthur Harris, the owner let him know what's going on. Got the truck towed back to his shop. He told me it was gonna be expensive to get a diagnosed I asked where did they get the parts from was informed that they got it from Cummins in Stockton, I got the trucks towed there they told me in Stockton that it was a installation failure I brought it back to Arthur Harris, the owner of Pro site and was Told that it was a part failure, not installation failure There is nothing that he can do for me I spent about $30,000 plus of my own money and my warranty was about 18,000 for this job.
And now I am not able to work because my truck is inoperable and cost $60,000 to repair. read more
