I decided to go with my sister for some sister bonding time getting pedicures together. This place is so relaxing from the atmosphere, the beautiful Christmas tree down to the music playing in the background, to the Christmas themed screen savers playing on the television which kinda put you in the Christmas spirit. They have a large variety of beautiful colors, and new techniques which have changed since I've last gotten my nails done. If I could give you zero stars I would. Today was my second time going here. Why was it my second time? Because the first time was fantastic. The first time I came in Mandy was so attentive to detail my nails was absolutely flawless and I could not wait to come back. If you do absolutely have to come here, make sure you see Mandy. No one else, only Mandy. Today, I brought a friend in to get manicures and she had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mandy. Her nails look fantastic. I unfortunately had the other nail tech and had the absolute worst experience of my life. When I scheduled the appointment I sent the reference picture and they said yes we can do that. Attached are the pictures of the nails that I walked out with. They were so sloppy there was dip powder adhere to my skin all over my cuticles under my nails and yet somehow she still managed to not cover my entire nails in color. When I asked her multiple times to fix the problem, she kept saying oh I will I will... She never did. he ended up filing so aggressively and it's such an awkward angle that he literally files all the way down to the nail bed. I am honestly concerned I will end up with an ingrown nail from her lack of professionalism. When I message and then called to say that I was sent I was told that I could come back after 5 PM to have them fix my nails. My appointment was at 10:30 in the morning. I told him I would probably come back and wait for them to make time to correct their issues and was met with such hostility. Mandy ended up screaming at me in front of employees and other customers before finally agreeing to completely remove the polish on my nails. I was so embarrassed I was trying to hold back tears but ended up sobbing. My nails were so healthy and now they are cracked and brittle. absolutely worst experience of my life, so unprofessional. I will never ever ever be back, and if I ever hear about somebody else going here I will be happy to share my experience. TLDR: avoid pro nails at all costs. You were better off going to target and getting a press on manicure and then ever doing business with this place for these people read more

Recently, I visited ProNails for eyelash extensions and I love them! Vanessa was my esthetician. She was very accommodating to make sure that I was comfortable and pleased with the end result. She and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of cosmetology services so make sure you ask Vanessa to tell you everything that she can do for you so you don't miss out on anything (services that you may not have considered before or even knew was an option). Made an appointment for a manicure on a Friday evening at 5:30. At 6:15 they sit me in a chair for what I assume is to start soaking my hands...nope, just sat and waited longer. When they finally got to me there was no soak, no cuticle push back, no massage. Just the quick file and then the dip. Charged me full price for a manicure. I understand that they are busy, but dont take appointment you can't keep. And certainly after you make someone wait don't do a half ass job! read more

Two stars only because the pedicures are well done, prices are fair, and my elderly relative was happy with how her nails turned out. Other than that, we were frustrated soon after we sat down. The three of us arrived when there only two customers finishing up their manicures. There were two staff at the time and they called in a third to help us but soon more customers kept rolling in. They did not tell a single one of them that it would be a long wait. They said no problem have a seat. One woman came in saying she had called a few minutes ago and they had said they weren't busy (which they were). She left after waiting 30 mins without any attention. Though we were there before these new customers, some of them were serviced first. When my pedicure was complete, I waited 20 minutes before anyone touched my fingernails for a manicure. My mother decided not even to bother with her manicure and left to run some errands while we were finishing. My elderly relative was constantly pressured to get a gel manicure when she insisted she was fine with regular polish. I'm sorry but do not pressure an elderly woman to pay for something she does not want. As soon her manicure was finished we were basically rushed out of our seats before they could even dry and were asked for payment. This is one of those situations where you get what you pay for and this is probably nothing new for places like this but all I'm asking for is some honesty. Tell your customers that is it going to be a long wait. Pay attention to customers based on who arrived first. Have more staff on call. Be more organized with your tasks. read more

I was very disappointed with this nail salon. My nails grow very fast and very long (they are natural) so I needed them cut and clear coated. I went to this salon without any recommendations or anything just figuring I could get something simple done. The atmosphere was okay however the quality of care and experience as nail techs was horrible. The man that cut my nails cut them different lengths. I told him just a little off and he cut the whole nail off. I was pissed. Then he made other nails long, what was the point when he was making them all super short anyway?! Once he was drying my hands he got up and said he was going on his break and left the salon.... Without a tip or a thank you have a day? This place is terrible! Went there once to get gel nails and toenails painted. I paid about 1 and 1/2 times more than I should have, the spa pedicure had hair in the water (that wasn't mine), and manicure and pedicure flaked off in about a week/week and a half. I've had the same services done elsewhere and it lasted a lot longer than that. I'd avoid, especially if you don't want to pay a lot. read more

Terrible!! Where do I start? I came here for a pedicure and I'm doubting the man who did it has even seen a foot before. He did not know how to use the tools, was timid with the nail file, scratched my legs instead of massaging them. The massage chairs felt and sounded like I was sitting on a lawn mower. He placed a fan ON TOP of my feet to dry my nails. Washed the bowl while my feet were still soaking. Bizarre and creepy experience! Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I was hoping for some relaxation and pampering and this salon was a disappointment. My pedicure was fast, rough, painful, and sloppy. Due to a strange trimming on the side of my nails I had to ice red, swollen areas after the pedicure. The technician seemed to go through the motions mindlessly, at times being far too rough and at others virtually waving the tools over my feet while looking the other direction. The entire process took less than twenty minutes and cost $25. The massage chairs are nice, but if you don't want your pedicure experience to feel like you had it done by a careless car mechanic, don't go here. read more

I stopped by this salon a couple of weeks ago and was very happy with the service. The environment was very friendly, especially the manager. I don't remember her name but she was extremely nice. Her skills were excellent and she even gave me extra drawings on my nails at no cost. I had my nails done at other salons but the quality was not as good.
