Only 2 people working…read moreat the time I came in, however they accepted way too many people that they were capable of taking care of, putting us all in a position to wait. The male working on my nails took multiple breaks during my manicure, kept getting up to go to the back, walking around (but not attending other guests), making multiple personal phone calls and talking very loudly in a foreign language which disrupted my phone call). *** I would not be upset if I WASN'T SPENDING MONEY FOR A SERVICE. I expect the standard. This was the worst manicure I have gotten. I had two repairs and he did not shape them to my other nails. He started getting argumentative when I POLITELY asked if he could reshape them to all be the same. He started giving excuses and even trying to blame me as to why HE didn't do a good job, and then started raising his voice at me. After even trying to communicate with the other technician that all I wanted were uniform nails, I ended up having to walk out of the salon with all my nails different shapes sizes AND unpainted. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, horrible customer service and bad technique. Someone needs to help this place. Like I said do not go here if you have ANY other option.

Which ladies, we know is difficult and daunting. So, I looked up reviews on here and found this place. While the inside is quite boring and could use some sort of decorations, their work is wonderful and the employees are super sweet! They even went above and beyond for my four year old, making her feel like a princess and got her Capri Sun. I've had two appointments with them so far and love my nails, especially the dip powder!

This is a great place to have your nails done. I have gone here *many* times since moving to OKC/…read moreNichols Hills. The pedicure options are great and are affordable. As at most places, the more you want, the more you pay, but I would not say the prices are above anywhere else. They have recently had some of their techs leave, but they take care in training the new people. In fact, if you get a new person, it is likely you will get extra stuff simply because they are training and trying to get more experience. There are a couple of techs who speak minimal English, but Trina is quick to help you and her staff understand and communicate. There is a wide variety of colors to choose from and one of the largest gel selections I've seen in OKC. My only complaint is that OCCASIONALLY, when they are really busy, customers already seated and having services performed will get the short end of a service in an attempt to get to another customer paying. But, I don't think there is a place in OKC that will handle this situation differently, as they make most of their money on tips and more people mean more chance for tips. My recommendation, if you are wary, is to go on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night around 5:30. Fridays and Saturdays are their busiest times. And, if you don't work during the day, their daytime availability is ample. My sister and I like this place so much that she is having her bridal party get their manis and pedis here.

When I arrived I was happily greeted by two ladies, but they seemed distracted. They were more engaged in their perosnal conversation than attending to me. I tried not to read too into it and just give it a shot. I requested a pedicure with gel and dip with tips for my manicure. Only one lady was doing both services at the same time, but it was quite disorganized. As I was attempting to remain patient, give it shot, I started to notice some things: 1) trimmed beard hair on the floor near the pedicure chairs, 2) dust and grime here, there, and everywhere 3) no employees wearing gloves, 4) a very strong mildew smell, and 5) noticing the equipment was very old. I started to feel extremely uncomfortable and suspecting the tools weren't sanitized, so I left! I am wishing this business the best recovery in their services offered and sanitation.
