Always professional, prompt, and perfect. No better service in town! Easy to make an appointment through Facebook as well.

I've been hesitant to get my nails done ever since the virus broke out. However, with restrictions…read morebeing lifted, and my nails needing a little tlc after a few months of quarantine, I decided to give this place a try! I chose Legacy because of the location, just five minutes from my house. Given the current state of things, I called to see if I would need an appointment for a pedicure. They said yes, but asked what time I could be there. When I said within 15 min, they said to head on over. When I arrived, front staff greeted me and then asked me to wash my hands. I must mention that they require everyone, customers and staff alike, to wear masks. I felt a lot safer with this rule in place, and that they asked me to wash my hands upon entry. Soon after, they had me fill out an order form. The order form shows all of their services, as well as how long it takes for each service. I thought this was neat, because if you're in a bit of a hurry, you'll know how long it'll take, start to finish. Then, I was asked to choose a color and they directed me to my seat. My nail tech greeted me shortly after, bringing individually packed tools for my pedicure. I felt assured that they'd been sanitized properly. After getting settled, she adjusted my water temperature and then asked if I'd like a drink. They have margaritas guys!!! And mimosas, wine, sodas and water. Living my best life, I got a marg. I chose a mid tiered pedi--luxury. It was so nice, relaxing, and perfect to cure the quarantine blues. I think it was $38 total, and included a scrub and hot stone massage. Completely worth it and I'll definitely be back soon!

Next time came in. I came in had nails done and a pedicure. No one ever offered anything... I didn't say anything either. I'm not into getting free things, but business should take care of their customer. I can follow through. I probably will still keep coming there I just understand how they do business and I will do accordingly.

Finding the right nail salon is honestly so tricky because it's not entirely about the salon - it…read moremostly has to do with the technician. That said, Polished is a nice salon. It's clean and has a huge variety of color options - which are the two main things I look for. As with ANY nail salon, the key to a good experience is taking the time to find the right person. This can also vary based on what services you are looking for. For example, the friend I always go with likes to get designs so she needs someone with a precise hand who is good at duplicating an inspo pic. I don't ever get a design, but I am really picky so I don't care if they freehand an amazing butterfly...I just need someone who has perfected the basic manicure (and acrylic application). I've moved and had to find new salons so many times... so it was no surprise to me that my first few experiences here were not perfect. But with some patience I did finally find "my person" and that is Mia! I really hope she never leaves this location because she's a gem. She's quick but efficient and does beautiful work (and sweet as can be!) Again, I can't speak to her ability doing special designs but on my regular gel acrylic manicure she is fantastic. My one complaint about the salon itself is the price on chrome. I like to get a quick chrome layer on top of my color to keep it shiny. It's just a powder they rub on before the top coat and they charge $15 dollars to add it which seems really excessive. I was expecting $5, but oh well. If I don't feel like paying that much I just don't get that. Sometimes I just pick a color with an extra metallic or reflective sheen to it and get the same effect. This place is always really busy any time I go, so I would 100% recommend making an appointment online before you go. It's a good idea to read through the reviews first to see who you may want to book with.

She scrubbed one heel raw and the paint job was horrible. No I did not say anything. I had a gift card I was using for most of the service so I will just not be returning in the future.
