She did not complete the pedicure properly. Not even filing my nails. Instead of having my feet wrapped like the other customers I was told to put my feet together and one hot towel thrown on my feet, while painting my nails she fell asleep and got polish all over my feet. When I requested a discount for this terrible service I received $5 off. HORRIBLE! I will never return!! Also because the polish wasn't applied properly it chipped within 48 hours.

The entire 90-minute appointment felt like pure heaven! My nail artist, Yen, did an absolutely superb job. She is meticulous, skilled, and truly made me feel so relaxed and refreshed. Beyond the excellent service, I have to praise the atmosphere: The facility was spotlessly clean. The ambient music was at the perfect volume--nothing was too loud. Massage chair was so comfortable. I do have thick hard to handle hair, but I thought someone that was professional and doing hair for over 20 years would have experienced every hair type by this time. When she was done ruining my hair she tried drying it. I told her I used a flatter on my hair so she pulls out this tiny little pink flatter that I knew would never get through my hair. She never got the underneath of my hair dry and she didn't know how to control the kinks and fluffiness of my hair so she kept taking handfuls some kind of hair product to try and tame it. by the time I left my hair was full of goop that felt like glue, my hair looked like boozo the clown.I couldn't wait to get out of there and go home and wash my hair and put some dark streaks in to balance the drastic bleach blonde. I paid $53 for a $45 manicure... Avoid the Groupon! So that was the initial pricing drama... Then for the manicure. The hot stone massage was decent. Then she was shaping my nails which were short to begin with and she just gave up on shaping. I had to ask her to please at least smooth them out. So unshaped nails and then came the polish... She did it so spotty and didn't even get it to the edges. Literally the worst polish job I've had yet. No cuticle work, so I looked at my nails when she finished and they already looked like they were a week old. At this point I had gel polish on my nails and there was nothing that could be done unless I got it fully redone. It took 2 hours from start to finish, so there was no way I could wait around any longer. They agreed that it didn't look great, but said there was nothing they could do and still charged me the extra amount for the gel polish and claimed my Groupon. The lady was nice (I believe her name was Tammy) but it seemed like it was hard for her to see super well and that's why the attention to detail was off. So 2 stars for the nice lady and decent massage that came with it! Otherwise go somewhere where you'll leave with nice nails

They have a parking lot that has a sign up to pay for parking. If you take a picture of your license plate or remember by heart, the business will validate the parking for 4 hours.
