I always go to this nail salon but recently it's been getting a little trash. The lady I received today was nothing but unfriendly and rude. She tried to force me into getting gel then smudged my own nail with hers and yells at me for not getting gel. After that I gave her a tip and she turns. And rolls her eyes. Needless to say she charged extra then regularly I do not recommend her at all. She's new there and has a bob cut don't go to her . But the other lady Lisa ,Dylan and vinny are very polite and very good at there job. read more

Me and friend made two appts for 4:30, we were early so we sat down, after waiting 30 minutes my friend was taken care of only to take the old polish off, then was told to wait another 20 minutes, her service was rushed and the owner was extremely rude towards us telling us we didn't know what we were talking about. I had to wait more than hour to be sat down. The lady who did my nails was nice but the owners are just so rude. I was answering a phone call from work which was important and the owner decided to take my phone and turn it over on the counter....extremely rude, she said "no phone" and that was it! I got my nails done Friday and this morning the paint started chipping and peeling... I've never seen this happen with LCN gel tips on. I was charged 70 dollars for my nails and when I went back to get them fixed they said they would charge me 5 dollars each nail. Extremely angry towards this nail salon. read more

I love Pro Nails! The owner Vinny and Mimi are wonderful and due amazing work. Vinny has been doing my nails for 5 years plus and I have a strange nail deformity and with his work over the years you would never know it. He has made my confidence sky rocket, now I am no longer embarrassed! If you have a nail deformity and don't know where to turn, Vinny can help! The whole team is great there! I had used Dillon ( he is great) based on my friends recommendation but he is booked ahead of time and I can't go every two weeks. So I called for walk-in and was sent to three different people to get gel manicure. The last person she sits on table number 2 was rude and very unprofessional. She applied tips on my nails with glue and poked the gaps of my fingers with her nails. gave me three bleeding fingers. Then she said she is being gentle and uttered something in Chinese I said you are hurting me she said my nails are too short and I am asking for too much. I asked for French manicure she added tips it was decent size to get golden strip and only one flower. She kept yapping stuff in Chinese. She said last time you went to Dillon why you didn't go to him I said I made mistake I won't do it again. She kept making remarks as if she has some personal rivalry with me I don't even know her name. read more

If there was a no star option I would give it. This use to be my favorite nail place but the owner has been receiving more business due to people like me who would say how much they love the place. And he has become cocky and rude. In my last experience I will never go back! Not only did I have an appointment and have to wait 3 hours. I have tried with Pro Nails over and over but in the end, it's not worth it. I have been going here since I was in high school and at the beginning, it was fine. They used to have a student deal where you could get an acrylic set for $40 which was awesome, but 4 or 5 years ago, they stopped. Not to mention, I got my nails done here for my prom and the lady who did them actually made them look grown out right away so I would have to come back quicker. Horrible nails for a huge event like that was the last thing I wanted. That was 3 or 4 years ago and now I am currently sitting in the waiting area, almost a half hour after my appointment and have only been told to pick a color. Don't bother making an appointment, it won't make a difference. I haven't been here in a few years, hoping they would change something (anything) but nothing has changed. The worst part is that you're not even paying for a proper manicure. They'll take your polish off (at the most) but don't do anything for your cuticles to make them look nice at all. Started coming here for the cheap prices as a student, but I will definitely be looking into an individual who will do my nails for almost the same price. Yeah quite possibly the worst nail place I've ever been to. First of all, the lady tore the skin right off my toe while trying to remove a lose piece of skin. I proceeded to gush blood and she said nothing--doused it with rubbing alcohol which hurt like a b*tch tho. Then for my tips manicure--I went in with a design from Pinterest that was fairly simple, but time consuming. The man was not willing to do the design, as it would "take him too long" so he offered a sticker instead. The stickers were the cheapest looking things you could imagine, so I decided to just trash the whole nail idea all together. I ended up going with a completely different design that was pretty cute...nothing can go wrong now, right? WRONG. I go to the cash register to pay and my total is $113!!!! For a tip manicure and regular pedicure?? That is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I ask WHY it was so pricey considering I didn't get what I came for--turns out he used an expensive gel for my tips that I DID NOT ASK FOR. If he had told me the gel he was using on my nails was going to be a $25 upcharge I OBVIOUSLY would've stopped him from using it. The tips were $80 total--again, absolute robbery. The pedicure was decently priced, only cost me some blood I went there because many people have claimed they have a man who can do amazing designs, but without him as an asset this place would be run out of business by their competition! I've gone here several times, but will not be back. The most recent time I paid for a gel manicure that was chipping just five days later, verses the 2-3 weeks it should have lasted. This last time and two times before the manicurist knicked my cuticles badly in several spots (they were red, swollen and painful for several days after). She never so much as apologized even once. i was not happy with the way one of my nails looked. when i asked for the design i showed a very clear reference photo. the woman assured me that she was able to do it. when she finished my nails, they looked completely different from the photo i had shown her. this wouldn't have been a problem if she had just told me she was able to do it. but i had seen so many great designs on their social media's. I have been going here on and off for about 11 years. They have had good employees and bad. I am a firm believer that you need to be comfortable to have a good experience. I happen to be comfortable because I chat with everyone, address them by name, and they do the same in return. I am a stickler for a good manicure and nail services in general. Any time that I have had a service which is few and far between, and it has not been up to par, I have gone back, and it was fixed. FREE OF CHARGE. They want happy customers and they have one in me. I only go here because it is close to my house and I usually only get something because I am with my friend. The place only had good service when I had Jocelyn and her sister, both who aren't there anymore. They're work was the only good quality everyone else is terrible. Mimi is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have met. I asked her to check if my polish was done, she stuck her finger in the nail said no left a mark on it and said she'd have to charge me to fix it. ARE YOU KIDDING. Never go here. The dirtiest salon I've ever visited. The technicians are rude. There are dusts all over the place, even on the walls! The technician put thinner in a almost empty bottle right in front of me. As a salon enthusiast who has made the rounds, I am happy to report that the services here are affordable and professional. The staff is sweet and while it may take a few visits to feel at home the staff lead by Vinnie and Mimi take pride in their work and are kind and attentive to all customers. I come here all the time to get my eyebrows waxed only because its cheap and they have been doing them for so long. They are very rude people. I used to go here to get my nails done but had to stop because of the nasty people who worked there. I would make an appointment and then be kept waiting 20-30 minutes. I would need to check my nails before they were finished to make sure they were all the same length and that they were straight. If because of time I went to another salon and then went back there, they would ridicule me. I would NEVER go here again.
