As far the service, I continued to try to work with Alyssa by clearly communicating what type of simple lashes I wanted, and by bringing in photos. Time after time she got it wrong and seemed to give me her version of what she wanted for me. I continued to go in hopes that we could eventually get on the same page and build an understanding of what I was wanting. Unfortunately she was not able to provide the simple style I was asking for.
