A few months ago, a driver plowed into my stopped car. I foolishly took it to another, more corporate body shop (who will remain nameless). Their estimate was so high that insurance wanted to declare my car a total loss. They refused to work with me, making my life more difficult, One call to Arman at G&H and my problems were already getting solved. G&H works with the driver to make sure that my car would not be totaled and taken away. They answered the phone on the first ring, provide detailed updates on my vehicle, and the work was done on time. In addition to this sort of personal touch, their work was amazing. The car looked brand new afterwards. If anything ever happens to my car again, I'm taking it to G&H immediately.

Todd was amazing throughout the entire process of my repair!…read moreWe have a very tight garage and scratched up the entire rear door on the concrete pole, causing some massive damage. I hit up numerous auto body shops and got various quotes. Todd gave one of the most reasonable estimates right off the bat. This was all via yelp photos and videos. When I was deciding between a couple of places that also had great reviews and similar initial estimates, I decided to bring the car in to some shops so they could give me firm numbers on what the cost would be. It is hard to evaluate the extent of the damage just from the photos. As expected, the initial photos I sent didn't do the damage justice and the quotes I had received on yelp were all increased. One place DOUBLED their initial quote. However, Todd's quote only increased to a few hundred more plus he was the ONLY one to fully explain why the change and exactly what work was required to repair each bit of damage. I take pride in my ability to read a person and Todd gave me good vibes right off the bat, that were solidified as we talked more during the drop off/inspection. As a woman going into an auto body shop it's easy to be dismissed as someone who knows nothing about cars and would have zero idea if they were being ripped off or taken advantage of. I did not worry about this at all with Todd! He was not playing any games, and he made it super clear he is just someone who genuinely loves cars and treats his work on them like an artist would a painting. The car came back as good as new (truly haven't seen it look this good since I bought it 4 years ago). While I hope to not need any further work done on my car, I will 1000% be returning here if I do!!
