My husband took an Uber on Monday morning to pick it up, only to find the shop completely closed. He waited over an hour, along with other customers, and no one answered the phone, so he ended up spending $140 just to get there and come back empty handed. Nowhere, not the text, the website, or Google, mentioned anything about holiday hours. When I called later to ask what happened, the receptionist was really rude and actually yelled at me while I was just trying to understand why the hours were not what was expected. She made me feel like I was the one in the wrong, even though we ended up losing money and time because of their miscommunication. I don't like leaving negative reviews and rarely ever do, so I wanted the call to give the shop a chance to rectify this mistake by either refunding my cost or at least providing me with a shuttle so I wouldn't have to spend another $70 just to get back to my car, but I ended up just getting yelled at. The technicians seem great, but the lack of accurate info and the attitude from the front office made this a really stressful experience. Better communication and nicer customer service would've gone a long way.

They installed an Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2, paired it with ELEVATE upper control arms, and mounted Method MR703 wheels with Toyo Open Country AT3 tires--the truck turned out absolutely perfect. Ken also tracked down the Heritage Wheel caps that I wanted. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to off-road and suspension setups. Fitment, alignment, and overall attention to detail were spot on. The LC250 rides smooth, handles better than stock, and looks incredible. No one else touched the engine after that. Less than two years later, another shop found their work caused internal leaks due to excessive silicone. After a differential oil change in early 2023, my AC also stopped working, which was working perfectly fine per dropping it off then I was told parts were backordered. Poor workmanship and unresolved issues -- I won't be back and don't recommend this shop.
