Todd was amazing throughout the entire process of my repair!…read moreWe have a very tight garage and scratched up the entire rear door on the concrete pole, causing some massive damage. I hit up numerous auto body shops and got various quotes. Todd gave one of the most reasonable estimates right off the bat. This was all via yelp photos and videos. When I was deciding between a couple of places that also had great reviews and similar initial estimates, I decided to bring the car in to some shops so they could give me firm numbers on what the cost would be. It is hard to evaluate the extent of the damage just from the photos. As expected, the initial photos I sent didn't do the damage justice and the quotes I had received on yelp were all increased. One place DOUBLED their initial quote. However, Todd's quote only increased to a few hundred more plus he was the ONLY one to fully explain why the change and exactly what work was required to repair each bit of damage. I take pride in my ability to read a person and Todd gave me good vibes right off the bat, that were solidified as we talked more during the drop off/inspection. As a woman going into an auto body shop it's easy to be dismissed as someone who knows nothing about cars and would have zero idea if they were being ripped off or taken advantage of. I did not worry about this at all with Todd! He was not playing any games, and he made it super clear he is just someone who genuinely loves cars and treats his work on them like an artist would a painting. The car came back as good as new (truly haven't seen it look this good since I bought it 4 years ago). While I hope to not need any further work done on my car, I will 1000% be returning here if I do!!

Thankfully, I found Regal Auto Repair. They are OEM certified for my vehicle and many other makes and models, which gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. Hyak, the owner, was amazing. He is honest, fair, personable, and immediately puts you at ease. He explains everything clearly, never pressures you, and treats you like a person rather than another repair bill. He had worked on my car before, but on December 14, I was involved in the most terrifying accident of my life. My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him. I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. His pricing is extremely fair, he remembers his clients and their family members, and he never judges you when your car is embarrassingly messy--he understands what life with kids looks like! I rarely write reviews--I know, I need to get better about that--but he is truly exceptional. A trustworthy mechanic is incredibly hard to find, and over the past three years, he has become more like family. I would recommend him without hesitation, especially to women who want to feel respected, safe, and completely confident that they are being treated honestly.

All I can say is WOW, - the fit and finish are the best I've ever seen. Despite working with parts from China, they made everything look OEM, and the paintwork is flawless, perfectly matching even under bright light.(which is hard to do) When I was quoted a price, I was also blown away by how affordable they were compared to other shops I've been to, and they did a better job. Beyond the incredible craftsmanship, Cardini kept me updated throughout the process with regular video updates.(also something I've never seen from any shop) To add, the team at the shop is so incredibly kind and honest, answering my questions, and letting me know the process, also getting lost in car conversation, I almost feel like family with the way they treat me. If you're reading this review, I can't recommend this body shop enough. I've dealt with many cars and many body shops, and this one is hands down the best in LA. I only wish I lived closer cause I can't go anywhere else now.

A few months ago, a driver plowed into my stopped car. I foolishly took it to another, more corporate body shop (who will remain nameless). The car looked brand new afterwards. If anything ever happens to my car again, I'm taking it to G&H immediately.
