Just make sure you communicate exactly what you want to the English speaking person that checks you in so they can relay it to the therapist. Once you're in the massage room, communication is challenging if you want to give them any special instructions. Oven thing they do here that I don't like is that they start the massage with the sheet covering your whole body and sort of press on your body through the sheet. I guess this is to loosen you up, but for me is a waste of 20 minutes, as I would find there wasn't enough time to spend on my legs or something at the end. Last night I asked them to skip that part and it made a big difference. My initial therapist YoYo is gone. The two I've tried since then are Lisa and Jason and they both were very good.

The receptionist checked us in and asked us to complete some forms so make sure you come a few minutes before your appointment. They do ask for your address but the form explains why. I had Nancy & my MIL had Joanna. They led us into our own rooms. The murals in the rooms were cute. The place was clean. The massage was perfect for me. I asked for deep tissue & Nancy delivered! She listened to my requests and she knew how to address each of them. The massages are reasonably priced & they do charge $2 if you pay with card. My husband can be very particular about massage pressure and often has a hard time finding the right therapist, but Bella absolutely nailed it he was extremely impressed and he 100% approved, which says a lot. She also gave me a few pointers on what i can do at home or on my own time and with that, we just started talking and she walked me through alot of the process which i loved. She was incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and every movement had a purpose. She definitely kicked my butt (which for 8 days out or surgery, it was to be expected) but it wasn't painful at all. She was able to get all the fluids moving in my body and it was very relieving. When the service was done and I stood up to change back into my clothes, I could notice a huge difference with a reduction of swelling. I had called 30 minutes before arriving as this was a last minutes plan for myself on the drive home. Thought I'd stop in for an hour massage. The lady on the phone said I could come in as they accept walk ins. Upon arriving, I paid my dues, $60 for an hour massage plus a $2 card fee. My masseuse in the beginning was a male. He asked me the kind of pressure I'd like and I chose soft. I am not sure at what point him and the lady switched however, I immediately felt the difference in pressure. She was really rough and rushed through my massage. Twice I asked her to go soft as she was hurting me and at this point I no longer could enjoy my massage. No response. I didn't know they had switched until she announced she'd be back, just grabbing a towel. My first time experiencing a head massage and had it been delicate, I think I would've enjoyed it. Unfortunately, she was rough on my head as well. At the end of my time, she very loudly told me we were finished. No relaxation with this massage. When walking out, she comes to the counter and asks if the receipt she had was mine. I told her yes. She then tells me I wrote $0 for the tip and if I wanted to pay tip with cash. First, I'm not tipping on a service I did not receive yet and second, I was not happy with my massage. She then hassled me and asked if I liked my massage and why I wouldn't tip. Had I stayed with the same masseuse, I would've loved it. $60 for 60 minutes is a great deal! I'd say if you were to come here, speak up for yourself so that you may enjoy your time.
