They both took the time to listen to our needs and delivered exactly the level of pressure we were hoping for. My husband can be very particular about massage pressure and often has a hard time finding the right therapist, but Bella absolutely nailed it he was extremely impressed and he 100% approved, which says a lot. As for me, I love very deep pressure, and Amy delivered perfectly. She is incredibly strong and worked out every knot. I enjoyed every single minute of it. Very disappointing experience. I was kept waiting about 35 minutes because another customer was late. They claimed they called to let me know, but when I received the call no one spoke--just background noise. The massage itself was not relaxing at all. The room was freezing, there was no music, and the therapist repeatedly talked to another worker with the door open during my session. I'm used to deep pressure, but this felt more like grinding than a proper massage. Payment was taken upfront and I wasn't told about a $3 credit card fee until after. The worst part was at the end. I left a $5 tip and was told by the front desk that it wasn't enough. The therapist then came out and aggressively confronted me, and both of them pressured me to tip more. When I said I didn't feel the massage was good, I was yelled at and told to leave. Being shamed and confronted over a tip is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning. read more

My husband and I scheduled a 90 minute couples massage and had a wonderful experience! We were greeted when we walked in and was asked what areas to concentrate on. There was peaceful music playing in the background while they started giving us our massages. They offered additional services at the beginning. My husband opted to get the hot stone massage. They were both very skilled and was able to work on and release the tight muscles. I've had many massages over the years, but this was definitely one of the best I've had. I went to this business to get a deep tissue massage, the cost is $90.00, I paid in advance... the massage was very good and I was totally relaxed and I felt awesome after the session. When I got dressed and exited the massage room, I was greeted with some water and a mint (I think)... we then went to the front desk and I gave my therapist a $20.00 tip... a little more than 20% tip. Well, to my amazement I was told that I should give her $40.00 for the tip. I was thrown backwards at this demand and she argued with me, which ruined my calm and relaxed experience. I'm in the same business as her, I owned a salon and spa and I would never demand a tip from my clients. I gave her another $4.00 and walked out shaking my head. How can you demand a tip from a client, especially when I already gave her over 20% tip. I wanted to asked for my tip back but she did a good job and I felt she should be rewarded for her skills but to demand a tip is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.. will I go back...
