Christensen provided me a fast and accurate quote to add a safe natural gas stub out. I sent them…read morea clear photo and they didn't give me the runaround like 2 other places did. Luke and Colby came out next morning and got it done fast. Very impressed how punctual, professional and nice they were. Before I got in touch with Christensen, one other guy (GWTFP who surprisingly had high ratings was 3X higher on his quote!) probably because he didn't want this "little job" (also known as cherry picking). Another large chain wanted $99 just to show up for "diagnosis"... LOL but nothing is broke. It was a simple 40 min job to add pipe in an easy outside spot. So I didn't fall for the other's scams. I'll call Christensen next time. Highly recommend them.

I cannot possibly convey how awesome Christensen Plumbing is all around. When I texted them for a…read moreservice request, they replied to the text within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately started receiving notifications from their computer system. Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. The entire Christensen Plumbing team is on top of their game. From start to finish, they were amazing.

Outstanding Service from Maxwell Plumbing!…read more Maxwell Plumbing came highly recommended, and I'm so incredibly grateful I found them. Aaron, Nora, and Logan are absolutely amazing! Aaron was able to come out the same day I called to troubleshoot a leak. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also found the parts and completed the repair that same day. When I experienced another leak a little later, I called again in the late afternoon, and once more, they responded immediately. Logan came out, clearly explained the issue, and handled the repair efficiently--all at a very reasonable rate. I've been so impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and fair pricing that I'm now having them replace the main water line. I trust their service completely and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

I recently had the pleasure of reaching out to Simpson Plumbing in Vancouver. I had kind of an odd…read morerequest when I reached out to them for an estimate to replace a water heater. I had just had a full plumbing inspection from another company and knew exactly what was needed, but I felt the price the other company was quoting seemed a little high. So I decided to reach out to 5 other companies (Simpson being one of those). I knew I did not want to make 5 more appts for plumbers to come out and spend 30 minutes to 1 hour+ assessing the water heater. I just wanted a general idea of what these companies charge to replace our water heater and I would do an actual in-home visit when I chose one to move forward with. I did send pictures of our current set up and our current water heater brand, model, BTUs, home usage info, etc, so it wasn't a completely blind estimate request. Simpson's price was pretty much in line with the others, but overall lower than the majority and they beat the original company's estimate even if I added in signing up for Simpson's annual membership plan. But where I really felt Simpson Plumbing shined was in my interactions with Denise and Adam. Denise especially, as she was the person that answered my initial request and remained my main contact for my interactions with Simpson Plumbing. She was super nice and accommodating. Adam was the person that wrote up the estimate and it was probably the most detailed one that I received. I had a few others that just mentioned "Basic Water Heater Install"...no model number, no mention of whether the expansion tank was included, etc. Even though I did choose another company for this particular job, I can say I would not hesitate to hire Simpson Plumbing in the future. I have even added them to my contact list already. We all know plumbing issues come up with home ownership so it is good to know which companies stand out, especially where Customer Service is concerned.

Incompetent on nearly every level. I hired Simpson Plumbing to re-pipe the water lines in my house…read more They ended up drilling two 3" holes in a load bearing beam (leaving 1-2" of actual beam to support a second floor and roof!!!) to run two 1/2" water lines through. The journeymen plumber supervising failed to mention this. He either didn't inspect the work his crew had done, or he saw the mistake and failed to mention it. I will give them credit for quickly acknowledging their mistake. That's where the quickness ends however. I had to constantly call and harass them for ANY updates on repairing the beam. After nearly six months it was finally finished. For context, I was able to get a similar project (removal of a load bearing wall) engineered and permitted in about two months. If you want Homer Simpson to do your plumbing then these are your guys!

I was informed of the exact amount I would pay, how long it would take, and then given a referral for some drywall repair. Dante was pleasant, efficient, and very businesslike. We have a hole in our wall because of the pipe that was affected by water damage, but it would have been a lot worse if CCP hadn't come when they did. I would highly recommend them! Also- I called another plumbing company that had done work for us before I called CCP, and they did not return my call. I now have "a friend in the plumbing business" whom I can count on! Thank you!

TLDR: Mike made a mistake that cost us an additional $1,400 and refused to take any accountability,…read morenor was he willing to even discuss a mutually favorable compromise. To be fair, the situation Mike was put in was a difficult one, which he should have ultimately walked away from. That would have been way more reasonable than what he did. There was a conflict in scheduling (Not Mike's fault) that had concrete pourers onsite before Mike arrived, and the spot he was supposed to place plumbing was already covered with concrete. When Mike discovered this, he simply had the concrete crew form out an opening for his plumbing work, but in the wrong spot altogether. While our directions for the plumbing were not exact, down to the inch, he instructed the concrete crew to put it on the opposite end of the pole barn. He did this without confirming with me. To cover the errant hole will cost $1,400. I originally offered to cover that cost if Mike would simply cover labor to cut out the concrete to lay the pipe. He declined that and ultimately said he refused to work on the project any further and would not take any accountability or work at all on a resolution. Terribly unprofessional and just gross. Stay away.
