Nothing looks to have been polished. There were a few areas I noticed that had not been wiped down. He used my water source (hose) and outlet in my garage for power. If you live in an apartment, he cannot perform is job. He dumped his vacuum out on the walkway, left all of my belongings on my driveway (a few pens and business cards that had fallen), mind you, there was a trash can in my garage that was easily accessible to him. and charged 150% of the originally quoted price for all of this.
