unprofessional, MESSED MY CAR UP MORE when i brought & trusted them with an 8,000 job... liars,…read morescammers, dishonest, rush job, and extremely disrespectful, the woman Stephanie especially disrespectful for no reason with petty unnecessary & unprofessional comments & assumptions. instead of them wanting to fix everything they did, they took zero accountability. left with my car still messed up & now new things wrong with it that its clear they did. with the overspray all over my doors and my fender from them painting my bumper & hood, the texture is so rough. they said they fixed my headlight but it still didn't work upon picking my car up and my seatbelts were broken and wouldnt retract and now once "fixed" they wont pull out its hard to pull them. the scratches in fresh paint, broken clamps holding my bumper. my antenna so loose I can fully wiggle the whole thing. my headliner peeling off at my doors when it was perfectly fine before. all of this was noticed before I even turned my car on to take it home from their body shop. and once brought to their attention I was met with extremely rude remarks, hanging the phone up on me when they called to tell me my headlight was in for them to try and fix it for the second time, they changed the date that my car would be done three separate times on the exact day I was supposed to pick it up. The only thing that was still messed up that they did not fully fix was my headlight everything else was brand new things that they messed up,. as much as I tried to stay calm after time and time again of being disappointed as much as I was referred here I would not refer anyone here.. my insurance is now paying for me to bring my car elsewhere for another shop to fix what they did.. I arrived well in advance of the scheduled time and watched 3 employees enter the shop. They left me standing in the cold for 20 minutes after the posted opening time (lights off, door locked.) When I entered the reception area, the very pleasant receptionist informed me that the shop manager would not be in until 9:30 (appt was for 8AM), and that she was to take photos of the car; they'd get back to me. She said that the manager has decided that he'll be coming in at 9:30 every day (shop opens at 8AM--per the sign.) When I made the appointment, I noted that this was for an estimate on moderate damage from a front-end collision. This is no way to run a business.

Someone smacked my car at Speedway Gas station and ran so I went through my auto insurance and did…read morea claim and they recommended Burnside Collision. First off, I absolutely hate taking my car to get fixed BUT I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nick! Let Me tell you... He was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so caring while servicing my car. He mentioned that he had to take my car to the back and mark it up. He pulled my car around with a million markings on my entire car. Lol he wanted to show me exactly what they were going to fix, what they were not going to fix, and how. Nick also reminded me of how much gas I had in my car. After leaving my car in their car, Burnside sent me text messages of estimates of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was looking at a 5 day turn around. The next day, two days later, I received a phone call stating my car was ready to go! Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned my car and as a courtesy they also fixed my lightbulb! When I picked up my car, Nick was there to greet me. He pulled my car around and explained to me every single thing they fixed! First off, it's nice to have the same person to work with the entire time. Second, It's refreshing to experience working with good businesses and knowledgeable associates and to top it off, they have a warranty on what they fixed. I'm so happy my car insurance recommended them! It's pricey, but it's So worth it! P.S the receptionist was bomb as well! She remembered who I was and asked about my kids! She was super sweet, patient and always had a smile on her face! 5 stars for her too!
