Nothing looks to have been polished. There were a few areas I noticed that had not been wiped down. He used my water source (hose) and outlet in my garage for power. If you live in an apartment, he cannot perform is job. He dumped his vacuum out on the walkway, left all of my belongings on my driveway (a few pens and business cards that had fallen), mind you, there was a trash can in my garage that was easily accessible to him. and charged 150% of the originally quoted price for all of this. Given, my car was simply dusty before this with some dog fur. No dirt, no mud, just a simple detail. I could have gotten the same service at Crew Carwash, just a cleaning, for 1/4th the price. I talked with someone yesterday on…read morethe phone, he told me to come this morning he said they open at 9 he suggested I come at 8:45, due to the being so busy on Sunday's, he srated it's first come first serve(That's a lie), I got there at 8:15, 8:16 I pulled up right after a truck. After others started coming 9:00 they opened I never been there before so I was waiting for them to open the door, the first car got out then me then the third car,the third car beat me to the door. When we got in an ice gentleman let the worker know that I was second(this customer was a regular) the man that cut in front of me a woman let it be know that he wasn't second, the worker still took him in front of me and made a joke when it was my turn that I was second and said they had a lot of help they will get us out quickly (very professiona). Not only did he do his truck, but found out later he did a couple that came after the gentleman that spoke up for me. I asked at 12:15 how much longer for the Kia optima he said 45 more min, I then had my son come and wait I left. From 8:15am to 12:45 is when they finally finished. Never Ever Again. He answered the phone when I called originally and gave me an estimated quote based on my reported condition of my car. My dog used to ride in the car, so there was a fair amount of pet hair between and under the seats. Israel and his workers got my car spotlessly clean inside and out in just a few hours on a Saturday. He also applied an exterior protectant, and buffed out my headlights and a few minor scuffs.
