Had an arrangement with another guy set up and he bailed at the last minute. So I cold-called Hobbs and Dave, the owner, is who answered. When I explained the situation, he offered several solutions, including storing my trailer for free since I was in a bind. Who does that these days??? I don't live in Indy, but if I did I'd patronize Hobbs for any automotive or towing needs. Outstanding customer service, friendly owner and staff.

The attendant immediately supplied a card for Brown's, because Brown's has earned their great reputation. I decided to immediately get a bid. I noticed as I drove into their lot on Country Club Rd how the grounds looked organized, and it sounds weird, but almost 'calm', also being immediately met with smiles and sincere greetings when I went inside. Steve was there pronto to look at and discuss my issues and options, even though I could tell they were super busy. It was maybe 20 minutes from arrival to leaving, as the touch-up took place with Steve explaining the process and the HUGE cost benefits of this type of repair vs a fully repainted bumper. They're really prepared and act swiftly because they're organized. From the time Steve looked at the color code inside my door, he was back within maybe 2 minutes. They had the exact color match for the pearlized paint. There's a lot more than just dings and dents which they specialize in. While entering their business card info in my contacts, I notice they also specialize in headlight restoration (along with previously mentioned paint touch-up and bumper repair & replacement specialties).
